Property was really nice. Location was excellent. Honestly our only complaint about the whole thing was the beds weren't that comfortable. Other than that it was pretty good.

The room is clean and nicely laid out, but it’s not the hotel’s fault that it’s right next to a nightclub that plays loud music until 2 am. Parking at the convention centre parking lot costs $25 for 24 hours.

Our two week old car was damaged using their valet parking, our details were given and pictures taken, 3 weeks later we are still waiting contact from the Adara manager. We were promised to be contacted next day. Hotel was convenient, customer service appalling.

Wonderful loft-style room. Right in the heart of Whistler, so walkable to everything. Parking is extra $ and limited, we parked at the Convention centre nearby (for a cheaper rate!). Fresh cookies and cool cucumber water at the front desk everyday. Outdoor pool was lovely!

Parking in the Hotel was not possible,Had to Park Outsider ,also it is noisy, and the claenlines could be better.

Beds were very comfortable and microwave, mini-frig and coffee maker were bonuses. A bit noisy at night but location is great! Staff were really helpful and courteous.

Lots of places to eat in the village area. Cookies in the evening at front desk were nice, only found out about them on last night. Nobody mentioned on checkin. Its a young adult type of place, run by same...dont look for much professionalism or customer service. Its a place to sleep only.

Everything was great. Location, value, rooms, safety. Only issue was parking was full and had to park at the convention center which is close by.

The listing said there was onsite parking - which was a strong reason to select this property. It was full and we had to pay for parking a ways away. There was no map of the hotel and it was a little difficult to navigate the area (and the staff was no help even though they didn’t appear busy). The room had a nice little balcony and a cute set up but no TV. The location was very good for the price.
