Great place to stay off the beach. Near food options and well taken care of.

I always stay in Emperador knowing all the staff are very accommodating. The manager Gervacio and staff are very friendly. The location is so perfect. It’s by the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Beach view however room was not the same as picture. Not very clean. There was a smell and they charged me extra for one person when in the internet it said it was for four people and we were three. There was no iron or ironing board nor blow dryer. Just not what I expected. Wouldn’t recommend it.

not handy cap useable

This is my favorite hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The staff goes above and beyond, they alwayys make you feel welcomed and appreciated and the location is why you come to PV. Ocean view rooms with a little cantina on the balcony is the best. The difference is worth it

Clean hotel, though nothing fancy, decently maintained. No breakfast included. Free access to the beach through the restaurant. Background noise due to big ACs in the close area.

Its not the fanciest, but it's clean, the staff is great and it's in a great location

Beachfront

Just loved that it felt unique and was located right in the center of the action. With that said, there is no sound insulation - we loved listening to the rain and thunder/lightening. We did not like hearing every car that passed by (engine revving, bass beating). Things were pretty quiet after 1130 pm during the work week. We would certainly stay again.

Perfect location

Conveniently on the beach and close to many restaurants

This hotel is exactly what to expect from the description. The main draw is beach front access and being in the heart of Zona Romantica, but the rooms are pretty sparse and outdated....but you're too busy to notice that because of the view. The appliances in the kitchenette have seen better days, the bathroom was cramped, and internet was often spotty but Service was fine; front desk wasn't terribly friendly but my housekeeper Isabela kept my room fresh and tidy every day. I was sent some flowers during my stay, but they didn't come with a vase. I put them in a sad container, but during she went ahead and arranged them into a vase from the hotel. Such a great personal touch! I talked to some other guests during my 8 night stay and based on that would stay clear of
