All in all, this is a great hotel, with a tasty breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff, and a lovely feel to the room. Quiet and comfortable, and well placed in the centre of town. All told, it ranks as the best overall experience I’ve had on my long European journey (17 nights).

This hotel was define. Nice size rooms. But the shower was a puzzle. Water got everywhere

Good location a very nice breakfast. Close to bus and train station, two grocery stores nice restaurants. Staff was helpful. Did not stay long enough to eat at night there, but the breakfast offered some quality options.

The staff were really nice! The area around is amazing, you have close access to everything without paying a huge price. Overall it was just a great experience and I’ll stay there again next time I visit Umeå!

We stayed here while the world is going thru COVID-19 hence why the hotel was so empty. The hotel was generous enough to provide us a free parking for the night. The breakfast was thoughtfully done for everybody health and safety by covered and wrapped with plastic. Great location right in the city. Will stay here again next time.

Very dated design and look and feel of the rooms and corridors, but the staff was top notch and the condition was alright.

Roomservice erst wir nach 16 Uhr. Das ist unangenehm. Da möchte man sich dich schon für den Abend vorbereiten und nicht warten, das das Houseceeping mit den frischen Handtüchern kommt.
