Cute little place to stay. Small rooms which are comfortable with good A/C and refreshing showers. Breakfast was the usual affair of Luke warm scrambled eggs, bacon etc (losing star for that) along with continental selection, cereals fruit The property is five minutes walk to transport links with the beach a couple of minutes further on. Will return but get some heat under the eggs please 😉

My husband and I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay and it was absolutely perfect! We don't like staying in huge, noisy, soulless places, and this place ticked all the boxes. Our room was beautifully clean, a good size and well presented. The breakfast was superb and it was a lovely touch to be able to have access to free chilled filtered water and coffee and tea 24hrs a day. The pool area isn't huge but it's excellent - always sun loungers available, clean, with shower and toilets, and in the sun all day. We didn't use the bar but it looks lovely too and has a large pool table. The hotel is situated on a quiet back road, tucked away and surrounded by a beautiful garden, yet a mere 5 minute walk from the beach and a huge selection of wonderful restaurants and shops. Best of all we're the staff who were so helpful and smiley. We're definitely going to return here - great value and so peaceful. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic hotel and worth more than 3 stars! Quiet hotel, hidden away but 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and little supermarkets. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Small pool but never busy and always a sunbed available . Great variety of breakfast on offer and 24 our free tea/coffee and water available.

Lovely staff. Swimming pool can be quiet and relaxing or busy depending on other guests. Very clean and decent breakfast. Bed comfortable.

Poor cleaning and maintenance

We accidentally arrived before checkin opened as we were on the way to a wedding but they were so incredibly accommodating. Made us feel so welcome, offered us a drink and some snacks all free of charge. The guy behind the desk even gave us a lift to the wedding and didn’t expect anything in return. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and aesthetic. It was some of the best service I’ve ever had!

Honest review. Staff...amazing, allowed to check in early. Property fantastic, best pool table ever used on the island. Breakfast was great, if they run out just ask and they will make more. Staff was fantastic from start to finish, cant compliment them enough. Only thing (so havent marked them down for this was the mozzies). Honestly buy fly/mozzie spray on day 1. Biten alive but again not hotels fault.

It is our second time staying at this hotel and it is great! Make sure to let them know your arrival time! They offer an amazing breakfast for the price of the rooms and the service is just fantastic! Lovely and clean too

Everything needed is nearby. The hotel staff go out of their way to help with anything. The cleaners do an a excellent job too.

Good location, room was very small couldn’t really move and a good job we only had on hand Luggage size case, could of been cleaner bathroom is in need of a refurb ASAP ! Bathroom door very dirty

i stayed for 4 nights. it’s about over an hr on the bus from the airport to the hotel (very straightforward to palma station then bus santa ponca). it’s a few minutes from the main strip of restaurants, the beach, a supermarket, & bus stop to take a bus to other parts of the island. i had very little issues seeing the island (it’s huge so j must come back to see more). the hotel is a boutique, has a very 70s island vibes decor, a large breakfast area including outdoor garden/pool side, & 3 levels of rooms. the staff are incredibly friendly & helpful, i stayed in a room that didn’t have a recently renovated shower but moved to one the did for rest of my stay. that was perfect. very strong ac/large double bed, plugs everywhere, balcony, strong shower head with hot water, & storage space. wifi worked every where. the breakfast was typical spanish but also some hot items for an english breakfast. overall, a lovely stay & would be a nice location to either stick around or explore the rest of the island from

Im a manager in a large hotel chain in Scotland and I loved this hotel! Stayed with family for a birthday weekend and the Manager Joaquin and his team made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable! Service at reception, the bar and pool were exceptional and the hotel is virtually brand new after a recent refurb! Rooms are immaculate and Breakfast was phenomenal - best selection and quality of food I’ve ever had in Spain - will definitely be back!

Fantastiskt sköna sängar. I övrigt var rummet något slitet men helt ok. Frukosten var bra med bacon och äggröra, bröd, frallor, olika pålägg, müsli och fil. Kaffe ur kaffemaskin (dock sådär gott enligt två bryggkaffe-älskare). Läget var bra, endast en kort promenad (3-5 minuter) till restauranger, barer och playan. OBS! Hiss saknas.
