Everything was above our expectations. I would highly recommend The hotel Avenida Park. Our only issue was that the wifi was not working.

Good hotel in great quiet area, rooms slightly small but was out most of the day so didn’t matter.

Nice small hotel.

The room was very small but clean and the location was 1.2 a blocks away from the Subway to the Center of town and the airport. But because of the problems I had here I would NEVER stay here again. Google and Apple Maps keep directing you to an address that was a block away. Very frustrating. Then while taking a shower the shower door fell off its tracks and trapped me in the shower. The hotel offered me another room but made no effort to apologize or offer any compensation for the problem Bad news hotel!!! I could have been badly cut if the glass had broken

Good location, easy to commute by metro or Uber to major tourist spots. The Superior Room is modern and spacious with air conditioning. Comfortable stay.

Convenient and close to airport!

Breakfast was good. Parking convenient. Elevator was good. Shower was tiny and the shower curtain stuck to you when showering. Getting through the bathroom door required strategic maneuvering.

Great pasta place one minute away. The hotel breakfast was good. Mostly I have pros. The cons are that the laundry lady was nice, but she lost my socks and getting into the tiny bathroom took some acrobatic moves. The AC was fabulous in the room.

Excellent hotel for the money. Convenient location. Everything is clean. Quite varied breakfast (scrambled eggs, omelette, ham, cheese, juices, yogurts, tea, coffee, pastries, fruits, vegetables), but not the most delicious. Problems with hot water: when you first use it, you need to drain the water for a long time to get hot water.

A friendly hotel with wonderful breakfast. Clean rooms and close to shopping area

I found it very rundown. Furniture in the room old, marked up and dirty. It says handicapped available but there are stairs just to get into it then another set to get to the check-in desk. Not accommodating at all. We did not stay the 2 nights I had booked so still charged for both nights even thou I told them the night we booked in that we were not staying. They didn’t tell me they Couldn’t cancel it and by the time the next day they told me that it was too late.

Nice 3 star hotel on a quiet street close to metro and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Elevator and stairs made it quite accessible. Beautiful park and arboretum across the street definitely worth a few hours to explore, enjoy and relax

He was a good hotel. The only thing they have 200 room and only 5 parking spaces so you have to go to the Public parking which cost €2.10 an hour.
