It was great, everything. First, we met Maxim who was always helpful, polite, informative, and always stood to respect us once we entered the receptionist (his desk) or wanted to go out. The room was not so big (because we booked the standard) but complete, and house keeping always gave the information about the weather for the next day and also put 2 pieces of chocolates. The breakfast room was small but seemed like 5 stars, the food was so amazing and complete. All is there, even salmon and butter fish that we never found at other 5-star hotels. The young girls who were serving were also helpful and quick to respond once we asked something. In their bar, the service was also nice; once we dropped the spoon, she immediately brought a new one. At the end, we looked for Maxim, but he was not there, but there is Ms. Olga who also respects whenever we entered or wanted to go out. And she was also helpful, informative, and charming too. She helped us to book the taxi to the bus terminal. We are so happy to stay there, and we would recommend everybody who wants to go there. Oh ya, the location is also perfect, in front of the hotel there is a square, restaurant, building for performances, and walking distance even to the big cathedral square, it means walking distance. The room rate is also very reasonable. The point for Imperial is 10 from us. We are satisfied with Imperial hotel.
