Room was clean and friendly staff.

The location is close to everything in Hyde Park. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It suited our needs and I would stay again.

Great value for the room and smenities

I have made several phone calls and emails to the GM concerning the multiple issues that I had during my stay in early August. I even made phone calls to QI corporate offices but they directed me back to the Hyde Park hotel. Nothing was resolved and I am completely disappointed in everything that this inn had to offer. Will NEVER stay at another Quality Inn...and I do a lot of traveling. Same on them!!!!

Had a fleet of tree trimming trucks and shredders parked behind the motel The refrigerator made a moaning sound most of time. Breakfast lacked a variety of fruit, apples was all.

A bit dated, but well-maintained. Descent breakfast. Easy parking.

Expense for second rate business motel

Our room had tv, micro wave, refrigerator, clean sheets. I did not like the toothpaste on the bathroom door, cracked tile on bathroom floor, rusted towel rack, empty wall where there was a picture, room arrangement where I cut my elbow in the night.

2nd time here and will continue

Upon arrival the front desk charged our card with that of another guest checking in and had to connect it so it took longer than normal to check in. Upon entering the room, we were smacked with an overwhelming odor of dampness. The window had been left open and it smelled like the carpet was wet and never dried properly. We had to put our car air freshener on the A/C vents and bought a bottle of febreeze to spray around the room. The television remote wouldn’t control the TV and when I asked for new batteries, I was given an entirely different remote and it also did not work. We stayed here last year and it was a great disappointment to see the quality (no pun intended) decrease so drastically.

We went in and didn’t even end up staying here… checked into our room that was dirty, sounded like there was a mouse in the walls, was worried about bed bugs. They wouldn’t refund our room, so we took the loss and found somewhere else to stay. The stairs up to the rooms were rickety and felt like they were falling apart. And there was no elevator. This is the last time we will ever book with Expedia too since we weren’t able to get a refund.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Hallways smell a little weird. Decor very outdated esp the carpets. The white curtain layers are new so it does appear they are attempting to upgrade.

Good location for national park sites nearby

Great location close to Roosevelt House and VanderBilt mansion.

Great place for a quick stay when taking our son to school. The staff was very helpful and got us checked in quickly after a long day on the road.

Property was convenient for the thing i planned
