The staff are all amazing. It the rooms are quite depressing, there is no bar or restaurant but you can buy wine from reception which was really good and a fair price

The room was delightfully simple and met my needs with ample space and cosy beds. Breakfast was a simple but as expected buffet offering bread/toast, cold cheeses and meats, yoghurt + toppings, cereals, low fat or soy milk, coffee and some cooked items The staff were all exceptionally patient with my bad italian, kind, helpful, and conversational. The location of the hotel was exceptionally useful for transit to and from the airport as the T2 tramline directly from the airport stops about a 2minute walk from the hotel which meant that on check-out day we were still able to do some sightseeing before leaving for the airport. The hotel itself is a 20minute walk into the historical centre of Florence. I would say that if you are a solo female traveller, do not go out around the main station without being accompanied at night. It is unfortunate I have to say this but my friend experienced unwanted and aggressive attention. The main centre of Florence is, however, totally fine. It has to be said, this is not the hotel's fault at all, the main Florence station is a notorious area in general. In the day you won't experience any issues.

⸻ The staff at the hotel were excellent – very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. That made my stay very pleasant. However, I give 4 stars because the bathroom was quite old and the shower door was problematic. The surroundings are convenient, but at times the area can feel a little unsafe.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed that complimentary hot beverages in the lobby. Reception was knowledgeable and helpful with nearby attractions. Rooms are large and perfect for families.

Room did not have an attached shower. Otherwise overall a good property for a reasonable price.

I just say, it was excellent .

15 minutes walking distance from train station. Staff are friendly. The breakfast is good.

AC never cooled the room, the plumbing in the shower wasn’t working properly and overflowed into the BR floor. The front desk was very efficient and got the shower fixed but the room was very hot.

This hotel was fine for a couple of nights in Florence! It is located on the 'opposite' side of the train station from 'downtown' Florence, so it comes with a bit more walking than a hotel closer to all the action (less than 10 minutes from the train station). The beds were surprisingly comfortable (best on our trip)! Everything was fine, but the neighborhood doesn't have the same feel as those closer to 'centro' - not a lot of ambiance (no shopping and few restaurants). However, the price was much more reasonable than many hotels closer to centro, and the additional walk did not bother us (even in the heat of June). We did not plan to spend much time at the hotel, so it was really just a place to sleep and then up and out for sightseeing! For this, it was great choice and I would stay there again if I was planning the same sort of trip in Florence!

The property was great and conveniently located near downtown and the train station. The staff was fantastic!

When I first arrived to the room, bathroom had mold. No one cared to come clean it. The “king bed” is two twin beds that kept separating and creating a space in between beds. There are no wall plugs near the bed to charge the phone They need to upgrade on this hotel.

Perfect location - 5 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was nice with many options to choose from.

Excellent Hotel. Has cold A/C! Walking distance from train station. Fabulous food nearby. Grest breakfast. Only thing missing is a bar for drinks. Other that fanatastic!

I was thankful when the utility personnel help me to open my suit case that was locked up.
