Clean. But my room was small compared to what was advertised and what made me choose it

The hotel appears to be going through an upgrade/remodel. Feels way cleaner then what it was before. Front desk staff were great! It seemed like room service came in to give fresh towels but didn't really do anything else with the room.

The property was well kept or new. In a shady part of Tacoma. I’ve never seen beggars out at night, but they were in Tacoma.

Was a very nice hotel clean and staff were great sadly found a cockroach in our room morning of check out.

Place was great, close to train, bus and cabs. It’s the neighborhood that needs cleared out. I’d still come back
