Beautiful property, clean Problem. we had two suites and problems with the air conditioning. Suite is divided into two rooms a living room area and bed and bath. The A/C in the living area never got cooler than 25.5c. That is 78 degrees Fahrenheit the A/C in the bedroom area the thermostat was not working at all. This was the same in both rooms…. I guess they are cheaping out and not providing full ac…. They did offer to move us to another room but as it was past midnight we didn’t accept.

Clean hotel but rooms are so dark, there needs to be far more light. Also, I managed to badly bruise the underside of my leg (behind my right knee cap) trying to step out of the bath. It is positioned in such a way that you have step out quite far and I slightly slipped and hit against the marble edging. You'd have to be quite tall to avoid doing this and also it's a really bad located shower/bath design where you enter bath to get to the shower. You literally have to climb into the bath to get to the shower head, so no way to let it get to desired warmth before entering. This was in the room we were in at least but I suspect most room are similarly laid out. Also, the tap system to get hot/cold water for shower was so annoying that I gave up one shower! One slight turn of the knob and I was getting extremely hot or extremely cold water. The dark room and awful shower experience would put me off staying here again.

The room was large as was the bathroom. The air conditioning was efficient. The soundproofing through the walls was good but from the floor above not so good. Blackout was good. Breakfast was satisfactory. The unusual issue was no kettle in the room and no access to hot drinks in the hotel without payment. On closer viewing of the room descriptions it would appear I should have booked a suite for access to a kettle. The hotel is a straight line 5/10 minute walk from the station but 15/20 minutes walk from many of the tourists sites.

room has a bad oder - even after cleaning there was no cleaning smell. The aircondition runs backwards - head and max 30C to get cooling????? The bath tub shower is a joke - water everywhere

A really enjoyable stay, the rooftop pool was amazing (perfectly cool after a walk in the summer heat). The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast a great start to the day. It is about a twenty minute walk to the the quaint old town, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants closer to the hotel

Fantastic place to stay in Cordaba. Rooms we amazing and i had a great meal at the restaurant. As a VIP member, a bottle of sparkling wine was brought to my room for free! This was very kind, but too much for one person to drink, so gave it to the reception team asna thankyou for a nice stay.

We stayed in a suite for about $850 a night. We frequently travel to the Napa Valley, and pay that much for a slightly upgraded standard room. The suite was insanely beautiful. About 850 ft.², beautiful furniture, extremely comfortable bed, large sitting room and a full-size hot tub in the master bath. Staff was very professional, accommodating and friendly. It was easy to get a late check out. Every day they provided complementary hors d’oeuvres and wine or beer. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended. It’s also walking distance to the shopping District and cathedral/mosque. Highly recommended!

Charming, comfy hotel with a good access to historic sites. Great pool at the roof. Friendly staff.

You have to pay extra 18 euros for the parking.

Overall the hotel size and the rooftop pool was good and the room size was good the bathtub was very high and it was very difficult to get in and out of with this almost dangerous and the air conditioning was really direct to your head so it was bothering you after 10 minutes if you adjust those it would be good and also the quality of the bed should be better than it was in the room.

Hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. Infinity pool on the roof deck was awesome. Centrally located property walking distance to train station 5 min and city center 7 minutes. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly and speaks. Breakfast buffet is great.

As a silvermember we got cava at the room, but not before we come back from dinner. The Reception was slow, no control, no system at all.. The pool area was there noone taking responsibility and bad service. We eas earlie, got sunbed, but lot of people put their towel over it and reserve it. We staying until 5 and not many of the recerved sunbed was in use, but lot of people waiting for sunbed.

Receptionist made up a non-valid excuse for not taking Spanish passport as proof of ID. Totally unacceptable and wrong! Bathroom sink clogged and shower badly designed.

Excellent Hotel by all standards

Rarely review hotels as a frequent business traveler but I had a fantastic stay here! So well priced and a lovely room and fantastic staff. Will certainly stay again!
