All dirty caps of beers , a lot of hairs on the restroom , always heard door bangs around and felt so scared never again

No water pressure in bathroom sink, and breakfast was lame

The room needed a little bit more cleaning!

No hot water to shower, mold in different areas of the rooms, smalls dame but the maintenance person was trying to accommodate us showing me different rooms to switch to and was able to inform the front desk to provide a room so we can shower with warm water and fixed the water issue quick/same day.

Upon arrival we got a room that was not clean. Then are next room the keycard did not work several times thru out our stay. Room smelled mouldy. No hot water and when it was brought up we were told they had no control over the temperature. The water gave my whole family an itchiness after a cold shower.

buen hotel, muy buena ubicacion, buen tamaño de la habitacion camas muy confortables, desayno bueno a secas puede mejorar pero bueno, el hotel si es un poco viejo pero la gente es amable y el servicio de limpieza esta bien

The room smelled musty and the carpet was damp and dirty. My socks got dirty after a few minutes without shoes. The refrigerator did not work, but they did replace it as soon as I notified staff. The included breakfast was basic and did not offer much variety. All in all, it was as not worth the price I paid.
