Was never a 4 star hotel. No kettle or coffee in room. We asked for kettle however, they said there was a communal kettle downstairs for health and safety reasons. However, they are happy for you to fill paper cups downstairs with boiling water and walk them up through the lift into your room. How strange breakfast was just average we stayed in two other four-star hotels on our stay and they were far superior in every way.

In walking distance to the Alcázar and Aquaduct. Plenty dinning and shopping. Very pretty sight.

Good location within walking distance of eveything.

This is a very quirky property - many split floors. The room type we chose was with a view. It was on the 2nd floor, but the only view was of the umbrellas of the restaurant below - which also made opening the window impossible because of the smoking. We were eventually moved to a room without a view on the 4th floor - much better!

I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the aquaduct. The view from our window was exceptional. Easy walking distance to attractions, shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The lobby had a room area with comfortable lounging couches and chairs. The lemon water and fun little marshmallow candies were a nice touch. Our rooms were relatively simple and comfortable and warm. Good showers and the room service for cleaning was the best I have ever had in a hotel experience.
