The view from our room was great. The overall rating of the hotel should be 3 star. The bed was really dated - the mattress seemed old in style - no cushion - due to the lack of comfort and the pillows were flimsy. We paid for the room with the view and you’re really just paying for the view. You don’t have a legit balcony..it’s a walk way and it’s shared. The style needs an a design uplift into 2025 from the 90s. The hotel offers massages (buy the bar) but they don’t offer robes and slippers in the rooms. Again another reason why I’d give it a 3 star. Overall the hotel ratings in the Amalfi area seemed really skewed and it’s hard to tell what you’ll get.

Had the best experience since even before we got to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating to getting us picked up and brought to hotel, transportation to Positano was so smooth and a breeze. The food was magnificent, check out their restaurant. So good! the room was very clean and elegant. I would 100% recommend this to anyone and I would stay here again

Views were very nice especially from the Francino restaurant. Beach nearby was very rocky and we decided not to swim there. Breakfast and setting good, however, get to breakfast very early as they ran out of many items and did not replace them even when asked. Nice hotel however, probably would not be staying here again. No shuttle service. Rooms and bathrooms very very small. Travel light as no room for large suitcases in room. However, not a place we will return to in the future if we decide to come back to the amalfi coast.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Worth every penny during our honeymoon. The staff was attentive and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend to honeymooners. The pool and location were perfect for wanting to either relax at the hotel or venture off down the Amalfi coast. We hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Onda Verde and would highly recommend it. It is a beautiful hotel where everything seems to work like clockwork and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Stunning location and so much quieter than the uber busy resorts nearby. Can’t wait to go back!

This is Paradise. The hotel is right on the water with gorgeous views in every direction. Truly luxurious with a beautiful restaurant, including the best breakfast!! Convenient to buses, boat rentals, beach access and other good restaurants. All employees are outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet pool area. Highly recommend

We took a chance and just went with this hotel because of the reviews, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The location is great, walking distance from restaurants and bars, and the water taxis are right downstairs to take you to Amalfi town and Positano with just a 30-40 minute boat ride. We shared a boat to Capri for the day and it all worked out perfectly. Great hotel, breathtaking views, excellent service, food and ambiance. We stayed a week and didn’t want to leave ever again. They have car parking, which is rare and a big plus all along the Amalfi Coast. You cannot go wrong staying in Praiano, especially at Hotel Onda Verde

Had a phenomenal stay with my husband for two nights. We loved the views, pool, lounging and dining areas. Definitely eat at the restaurant Francesco! Would come back anytime!

A very pleasant stay, ideal for rest & relaxation. The staff are very friendly & the outdoor facilities are excellent. The room cleanliness was excellent & the balcony was an excellent addition. The TV in the room picture was not working but did not really matter to me. The restaurant is ok, I think the food is overpriced for what it is but that’s the Amalfi coast wherever you go. Overall I enjoyed my few days here.

Great location, views, service! In between two great towns to visit. 3 minutes walk to a small beach nearby, 15 car or boat (!) ride to two very nice downtowns

We spent the last 6 nights of our honeymoon here and can honestly say we will be back. We were so happy with the location and even though you were away from the hustle and bustle of positano and amalfi you were close enough to get to it. There were constant water taxis at your disposal and the hotel helps with your transportation. The beach and pool were also a plus given how hot the summers get they were also right there for you. Praiano also has many amazing restaurants within reach that we loved. The hotel rooms were so nice and had balconies overlooking the water and the staff were always so amazing. They even gave us a little going away gift at the end of our stay. 10/10 would recommend this spot.
