The hotel was very user friendly. The staff was AMAZING. I LOVE that they do Breakfast till 12 p.m. That is a BIG PLUS. No restaurant on premise for lunch or dinner, but they do have pizza and sandwiches available with drinks till 12 am, so no big deal.Many great restaurants within walking distance. The only comment is for me the room was a bit small . Having said that everything in the room was in new to perfect condition. Would stay there again when in Vienna.

Fantastic location within 15mins walking to old town centre. Easy quick access to transportation and metro. Although the bathroom is small the toom was spacious, bright with courtyard view. Clean. Friendly staff. Strongly recommended

We had a bit of a service complaint on the first night but the hotel fixed it and more than made up for it. The location is great, easily accessible to underground, tram as well as hop-on hopoff tours. It is 10 mins walk from the main museums. The morning breakfast, should you opt in, also has a good variety.

Very good breakfast that included lox. Croissants were high quality. Very comfortable bed and effective ac, important as temperature went up into the low to mid 90’s, several days. Toilet cover fell off and I reported it but the problem was not completely rectified. People at reception aim to please which is a nice plus. Building is clean and not a lot of noise can be heard from soundproofed rooms. The price of rooms will not break the bank

It was a lovely stay, close to amazing museums and historic buildings. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing!!

The hotel was within walking distance of most everything. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were excellent, very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about booking here

We had a 3 night stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was around 15-20 minutes walk from many of the main tourist spots in Vienna. There is not a restaurant for dinner but plenty of places not too far away. The hotel was being renovated externally but this did not disrupt our stay.

Excellent location, beautiful building, obsequious service, but most of all they have an amazing breakfast! Hot and cold, fruit and meat and cheese, a dozen breads, and a orange juice squeezing machine…

Great location, nice courtyard area. Staff were very attentive and courteous. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a good assortment of quality foods.

Excellent experience staying at this hotel. The service, room, and hotel staff friendliness was superb.

This is the second time I have stayed at this wonderful hotel. I spent six days there two years ago and this time I was there for 10. It’s a beautiful building, and the hotel has amazing service, friendly staff, and a lovely breakfast buffet, and beautiful garden to enjoy it in. I will definitely be back. it’s definitely worth paying a bit extra to have the Gustav Klimt-themed art nouveau room!

Perfect city center quite location, close to all major place in city, and nice breakfast, good for family vacation with reasonable price , I have a rent car and hotel offer onsite private park with fee
