Overall good service, but the housekeeping service would need to improve as the floor was not cleaned throughout the whole stay.

Great response, and clean room and amenities. Strong shower and perfect hot water to your body. Good soap and shampoo. And perfect location, near the entrance of food mall and reasonable price. Overall great.

Very strategic place, clean room and also good facilities for relax and do staycation. It's very easy to go to explore Sydney city, it's even easier to find good food tenant or restaurant near the hotel even during the night time.

The swimming pool, spa, sauna were very nice. But the carpet smell was not good.

Amazing rooms, amazing location and stunning services.

We stayed at 3 different hotel in Sydney within a week. Fraser was the best. We travelled 3 people of us. The booking made was studio room, so it had to be upgraded to one bedroom type of room cost additional $30 which was whort it. It had very spacy and comfort room with complete enough room facility. We loved the concept, esp. The kitchen set. We rated it 9/10.
