The room was very small and quite hot. We asked for a fan. There was not enough tea bags or creamer in the room. It was ok for a night. The breakfast was really great! The location is super and station was across the street.

Nice hotel, perfectly situated opposite Central Station. Room small and had quite dark decor but was comfortable and ideal for our 1 night stay. Breakfast was first class, good quality food and pleasant dining area.

Room was very comfortable as was the bed. Breakfast was very good. Two issues: the bathroom floor was very, very slippery. I had to walk very gingerly for fear of falling. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. Each time I sat down it would shift suddenly. Not. A fun experiance.

Location was great. Rooms were a bit too small. Limited room for luggage.

Great location directly across from train station. Close to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Room was small and hotel felt a bit run down. Think we will stay else where next time.

Excellent location just opposite Goteborg railway station , close to everything.

On arrival I was given a room that had not been cleaned! I was then given another room which I was told was an upgrade but that room was smaller than the first and there was nothing to suggest it was in fact an upgrade. On my final day I was told that the lock to my room was to be changed, however, when I arrived back that evening the lock was not finished and there were wood shavings on the floor. Finally breakfast was poor to mediocre compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Gothenburg. I am convinced the scrambled egg was made with egg powder NOT real eggs.

Walk out the train station and you can see the hotel. Easy check in and friendly staff. Was a nice hotel for a one night stay on way to Copenhagen.

An excellent location across the road from the bus terminal and Central station, and within walking distance to most attractions. The inclusive breakfast buffet was good and the staff were helpful. The single room I booked was adequate but a little dated and dark to be fair, but no real complaints.

The hotel is very convenient. We were able to walk wherever we wanted. It is also across the street from the train station and nextdoor to a shopping mall

My room was quiet because the window is with 2 glasses for sound proof, even it's facing the street, where many trams, buses and cars passing by. Right across the train station and public transportation hub. Heating system is good. Clean and cozy. Even my room is not big, it's enough for solo traveler with small luggage.
