Don't know much about AC as weather was nice and didn't use it

Good breakfast, good restaurant around and within walking distance from metro.

Aparthotel style room. Comfortable beds. Water was always hot fast for showers. No laundry room on site. But a laundromat located right around the corner with good rates. Area Walkable. Many wonderful restaurants and cafes close by. Kind front desk. Helped me find a mass close by. I loved this hotel.

The staff is very friendly, especially the servers at the breakfast buffet. The buffet offers a variety of fresh and delicious items. During the blackout, they made us feel safe and secure.

Breakfast os included in the price. For Parking they charge $29 euros / night which is pricey.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. You can store your food in the mini-bar fridge. Microwave oven in the room. No carpet in the room. Several supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby, such as Carrefour express. Furniture: Two hard chairs plus a table. Small square table for phone. Two bed-side tables. Big yellow cushioned chair. Cons: No facial tissue was provided. No sofa. No dish rack in the kitchen. 2 elevators that are not coordinated, so many guests press both buttons, which slows down the elevator service. Shower temperature is difficult to adjust. There is no shower door, so water tends to get sprayed onto the floor. The dishes in the cafeteria are not entirely clean. They need to be soaked before being washed. Despite it's shortcomings, I would stay in this hotel again.

Great reliable hotel everytime I visit Madrid. The room is so large for European standards. Love there is a small kitchen. Comfortable firm bed. Great location near Plaza de Espana, 5 min walk to Metro station. Staff always friendly.

The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!
