Perfect for Maid of Stone or other events at Mote Park - thanks very much…..

The Room Clean and comfortable as you would expect this Type hotel. The Bar menu was a bit limited so went in to the restaurant the menu not a lot more choose. Then was told after a 15 minuet they didn't have the starter. I felt sorry for the serving staff having to continually apologise to guests for slow service from the kitchen

Really enjoyed my stay here. The gym and spa facilities were a very nice touch! The food behind the bar and selection of drinks made my stay very enjoyable.

Rooms are very basic and dated and furniture worn. Bath very slippery and no bath mat supplied. Window in corridor on 1st floor fully open with nothing to stop a child falling out. Stayed here years ago and were looking forward to return.

Breakfast was good quality although limited options available. Room was very very clean which I was really happy about! The house keeping team are doing a great job. Room was spacious with everything we needed but could do with redecorating as it was very dated.

The room was nice, but it could do with a bit of renovation. The bar and restaurant were very nice, and the staff were excellent.

Checked into room and found it hadn’t been made up. Staff were very helpful and apologetic. Wasn’t happy that we had to pay overnight parking as wasn’t made aware when booking. Room has no air conditioning so very uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows were too hard for my taste. Bar area and courtyard were very nice.

Checked in late so literally arrived and went to bed. The public areas looked nice. Never saw the spa. The room was fine but didn’t have air conditioning. There was a fan. The sockets were all inodd places so you couldn’t charge your phone other than across the room. Similarly with the fan. The bathroom looked a bit tired. Nice enough stay.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, couldn't have been more helpful and exactly what I needed in the middle of a busy week travelling and delivering training. Best hotel of my recent trips by miles and great room service which was super convenient and enabled me to focus on working and resting. Next time I will make sure I also make use of the pool and spa :)

The perfect place to use as a stop-over on the way from Dover back to Scotland. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large, well-appointed and super-clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn't use the spa as it was just a one night stay but it looked very nice.

A nice comfortable hotel to stay for a few day. Friendly staff at reception. Lack of aircon in the room made the room very hot at night, but over all a pleasant stay. The Spa services were disappointing and staff not very friendly. Summer who serves in the bar area was excellent . Always went over & beyond with her service.

Very cute, intimate spa and pool. The staff were lovely throughout. We enjoyed a very reasonably priced meal in the main Squires Restaurant, had lots of drinks in the bar and took advantage of 24hr room service too. A great stay for my husbands birthday. We will be back

Fabulous! Great vibe. As a solo traveller, this is prob yhe best hotel Ive stayed in, in the UK. Enjoyed pool, steam room, etc. I stayed longer and upgraded my room. Massive telly. Comfy beds.

Drunk guests all through the night banging on doors and shouting. Woken up numerous times by the late night waifs and strays. Walls and doors allowing all noise to reverberate around the hotel. Seems like it’s a low budget spa hotel that attracts chavey drinkers
