Stayed 2 nights, hotel is conveniently located. Room was very comfortable, staff was helpful.

Liked the location. Very comfortable bed. Also it was nice the there was a coffee machine in the lobby 24/7.

They offer a wonderful breakfast with a latte machine, fresh pastries, etc. Located in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of subways, restaurants and Old Montreal.They have plenty of staff ready to address any concerns or to answer questions about navigating Montreal. We stayed here last summer, stayed here this summer, and plan to stay here in the future.

Clean room

Good stay. Good size room and reasonably clean. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was fine but with limited options. The elevator seemed to breakdown quite a but which led to long waits for an elevator.

I stayed here during the Montreal Jazz Festival this year. The room was more spacious and comfortable than I expected and the hotel has an ideal location, close to downtown, Metro, Old Montreal and of course, Place des Arts for the Festival. Hotel staff were wonderful, and the free daily breakfast was a big PLUS!

Sink plugged. No parking. The room, on fist floor, faced a cinder blocks wall, look out the window and what you see but a garbage bin with no lid. And to top it all, cockroach in elevator and when I made the front desk aware of it they acted as if it’s an usual event.

A well located industrial chic hotel right on the edge of downtown with the most incredible continental breakfast - plenty of fruit, delicious croissant, great coffee. Staff vert helpful and friendly.

Not finished rooms and no amenities available tv was not working properly not even Netflix internet was so slow

I arrived by Via Rail, was able to walk to hotel. Old town is also very close, and it was only 2 blocks to walk to the airport bus line. The staff was helpful in orienting me and letting me store luggage. The breakfast of cappuccino, warm croissant, and hard boiled eggs was great
