Beautiful room, hearty free breakfast, and friendly service. The hot tub water wasn't hot, but they thanked me for mentioning it and said they'd fix it.

Many food options, bed were comgy and linens comfortable.

Everything in the hotel was good and as expected. But unfortunately, when we got in our room, our air unit was frozen. According to the maintenance man, it was caused by the previous guests. We watched him chip away at the ice on the air unit with his credit card as he described how something like that could only happen when it’s ran below 65 for several days. He then went on to explain how the only way to thaw it out was to turn the unit to 85 degrees for at least a hour. We were given a fan. There were no other room available so we had no choice but to sleep there. It remained hot for the entire night. Sadly, the hotel personnel blamed us for causing the problem. Even though we had only been in the room for a very short time and had the air at 65 degrees. This is disappointing because we always choose Best western for their great prices and clean rooms.

I have stayed here before and it was really nice so I made it a point to stay there again . Everything was great!

Its a nice hotel. It was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Food was hot and fresh. The beds were very hard and the roll away cot was terrible. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not hot and the jets were going crazy but they were working hard to get it fixed. The front desk staff and maintenance people were extremely friendly. Convenient location, Over all I would stay there again.

Hot broke this is one reason I pick hotels is to enjoy the hot tin

Didn’t like AC. Everything else was was fine. Front desk clerk good.

It was so incredibly noisy both nights we stayed. Also, Saturdays breakfast was AWFUL. We stay at a lot of hotels with continental breakfasts and Saturday was absolutely embarrassing. No yogurt or pancakes and 2/3 cereals were gone. 2/3 juices were empty. There was no gravy. The eggs were in 2” of water. The sausages were cold. Sunday was better, but still really sub par.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. When breakfast goes until 9:30 AM, there should still be a selection of food at 9:10 AM. Not much left.

the pool and hot tub were closed, and my bathroom smelled like urine. The staff were nice. The room-- decent.

Definitely will stay here again. Great location, super comfortable, nice breakfast options, clean and friendly staff.
