This reservation was a nightmare from hell.

Staff was amazing!

Room was spacious and clean. The web was good but the bed was not as comfortable as what would be expected. No towel racks to hang wet towels. Real disappointed in the TV service and the limited stations provided. First hotel that didn't offer major networks.

Rooms had a bit of wear and tear, but overall a great place to stay. The heated (?) pool is awesome.

The property was nice but the carpets in the bedroom and hallways need cleaning or replacement. Stains and smelly.

Nice property by the water. There is food options within walking distance.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food served for breakfast was fantastic.

Ana at the front desk was so very helpful and kind. When we checked in the room we were given wasn't what we had reserved, so Ana went out of her way to be sure we had a room with a marina view, which was the only reason we were there. It made our stay just exactly what we were looking for.

Clean room, property clean, staff not very friendly

I stay here when I am in Oxnard right on the water ,great restaurant around area , park, recommend bay view . Beautiful in mornings and evenings.
