Warm and hospitable staff

Très mauvais service, la preuve à l’appui : Le prix sur l’application 610 Euros, la facture à la réception : 8100 Dh !! Déférence : 2000 Dh ( 200 Euros) En plus, c’est sale, tous le monde essaye de te faire payer pour des services déjà inclus, une grosse Arnaque.

Great hotel

Great location! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall good stay the only let down for us was the food.

Majority of Staff very friendly and helpful - Abraham and Mustafa went out of their way to make themselves helpful. Imane did a great job on keeping our room clean. Good choice of food for an all inclusive but could have offered a better beer - even if charging for it. Pool area was good. Never made the private beach as they ran out of towels on the day we scheduled to go. Given a room above the Zanzebar night club - which aside from banging music directly under your room until 2.00 7 nights a week - had the car park, which took until 3.30am to clear with constant beating of horns. A hassle to change room, and new room had its own problems (electrical). Reception staff were a let down. Robes missing from both rooms and never sorted. The room change - fobbed us off. on the day we couldn't get towels, also couldn't change Euros despite 4 staff AND Manager behind reception desk. They seemed surprised when I was unhappy at coming back at a later time when so many staff were free at time of request. Despite issues above we enjoyed our stay. Would come back to Agadir but would not stay here.

Very nice hotel, personalized welcome. Outdoor parking on site and secured by a guard. Relaxing atmosphere. Music by an on-site musician, which is much appreciated. Very nice pool, and close to the beach. Food so delicious that we didn't choose the à la carte restaurant.

Fantastic

Second visit to Agadir and had a great time. Impressed overall with hotel but some things were a bit irksome -trying to get a towel during the appropriate slot (just remembering the hours/finding someone nothing crazy) and pool bar running out of clean cups quite often. Usual reserving of loungers from early am but there are loads so not as much of a problem as in other places.

The staff was very friendly and catered to all our needs. We loved the shows that were every night and Khadijah was the best server ever and was super friendly and remembered our drinks every night. She really deserves a raise!!! The only downfall was that the alcohol was cheap and there should be more options for beer.

I didn't have the best experience with the hotel staff at the front desk, and the service wasn't there. I think they were focusing on older English couples and a solo single black female travelling was not at the top of their list to provide service too. The Spa however was amazing!

Good food, nice rooms and friendly staff

What a lovely 4 days with friends at this great hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were so friendly. Food and drinks were excellent.

Nous avons choisi votre établissement pour nous reposer quelques jours , certains de trouver le calme étant donné qu’exclusivement réservé aux adultes. Si le cadre et l’établissement parraissent agréable, notre séjour a été gâché pour des nuits en enfer: animation juste sous les chambres jusqu’à 23h au lieu de 22h puis relais avec la « musique » de boîte de nuit de 00h à 4h30 au lieu de 02h00 ( horaires sur votre application) sans compter les voitures, les Klaxons et les cris juste sous notre fenêtre. Notre lit vibrait avec les basses de la techno. Nous l’avons signalé plusieurs fois à la réception mais rien n’a été proposé ni fait alors que mon mari a un pacemaker et a eu un triple pontage. Nous avons signalé également différents manques et disfonctionnements mais à part nous dire oui oui, rien n’a été fait. Notre demande de réparation de la poignée de la porte de la chambre, la réclamation de peignoirs n’ont pas été traités: on attend toujours. Âgés de 84 et 85 ans, nous avons donc vécu un enfer: impossible de dormir. Impossible de se reposer autour de la piscine car tous les transats étaient déjà réservés dès la 1ere heure alors qu’il est spécifié qu’on ne le doit pas … La restauration est correcte et le personnel de service est gentil. nous avons dîner au restaurant typiquement marocain : nous n’avons pas eu le thé à la menthe qui devait clore le repas. Nous étions assis sur un canapé dont l’assise était bien trop basse par rapport à la hauteur de la table. inadapté

We arrived early and given our room immediately. View from room OK (cheapest). All restaurants and bars excellent. All staff lovely, friendly and professional. The back of the hotel led straight onto a promenade which had assorted people selling their wears but one 'No thank you' was always accepted with good grace and no hassling. The beach seemed to go on forever.
