Check in was a good, nice professional guy. There is an overwhelming smell of air freshener in the lobby and stairs. They have a diffuser running with such a strong smell it hits you in the throat. Heating was on too so the place was stuffy.

This hotel provided a lovely stay as we drove around Ireland. The only problem we had was locating the hotel. A larger or more signage would help tired motorists in locating the hotel.

This is a perfect hotel when flying out of Shannon. Just a very short walk to the airport. Great place to stay.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. It is in front of the airport. The room did not have any air conditioning. There was not elevator in the section where we had our room, so we had to go up 1 1/2 floors with 4 suitcases. Parking is limited. The staff was average.

Location is excellent! Walk to Shannon, rooms are a good size, restaurant is very good, and breakfast is fine!

This was the ideal location for a flight the next morning. There was an initial problem with the key and the lock, but the front desk person was responsive and got us taken care of right away. They were helpful when we requested ice and borrowing a baggage scale, which was immensely helpful for packing for the flight. Overall, a pleasant night stay prior to leaving Ireland.

Thankfully was only here for one night. Property was tired. Needs a complete update. No AC!!!

The building had no elevator to bring our heavy bags up and down the stairs. Our sink was "burping" all night and there was no one able to fix it, and we were offered to move but there was another flight of stairs that we would have had to lug our 50 lb. bags up.

Easy access to Shannon Airport, and has a nice restaurant to get food. Grout around shower needs to be cleaner, that and the containers for soap, shampo, etc.

Easy walk to the airport. Large, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with excellent service. Everyone was extremely friendly. The room was a bit old, but the bathroom was renovated and huge with an excellent shower with good water pressure.

The corridor and room smelled so bad and had no air ventilation. The location was great, and breakfast was very good.

Was very convenient to airport. The staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel needs updating.

If you can walk, you can wheel your luggage on a cart from the airport to the hotel. If you have a disability, cab fare is 10 Euros each way.

Very conveniently located next to Shannon airport. No frills, but clean and good for a one night stay.

Shower ruined my stay and not an age safe bathroom for the older.

It was very close to Shannon airport- that was convenient. Such a dirty room- I couldn’t believe it.
