Stayed here one night to attend the Real Betis match with my teenage son. Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. We had a big room with views over the city which was very clean and comfortable. Reception and bar/ restaurant staff were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast is in lovely restaurant overlooking the pitch inside the stadium which was fantastic for my football mad son. Bar/ restaurant food was also very good and reasonably priced. Very easy free parking also on site, just have to be there fairly early if an event is on, due to security.

Hotel is quite nice. Would have liked a kettle/coffee machine in our room given the 4 star rating. I also needed an iron but none was available in the room. It is outside the city but we knew that and we had a car for travelling. Free parking is a bonus!

The hotel it self It’s ok, but it’s very inconvenient and very far from everything, also there is a huge construction going on and the entire outside is full of trucks and construction workers.

It was a little noisy in the morning due to the construction work on the stadium attached to the hotel. Some issues with wifi. Overall very clean and comfortable. Huge rooms. Easy parking. Great price for Seville.

Remote area, isolated location. Near construction sites, suspicious people wondering around. The only good side is parking free and spacious room. I tried the continental breakfast, lack of food and juices. The waitress was so rude. Just like other customers said.

It’s a nice hotel to stay away from the city center but be very close to it. The room was spacious. It was clean too. The furniture is a bit worn down but it was not too bad. There is construction noise, with loud blasts at night but we used to pass out after long days. The access to the hotel is blocked due to the construction. The hotel can put temporary signs to guide the residents.

The hotel was very nice. Super clean and the staff were kind and accommodating. The only issue is that it is surrounded by nothing and the abandoned 92 Expo buildings all look run down. There was construction happening in the stadium so if you are a light sleeper like I am you were woken up weekday mornings by beeping reversing trucks and pounding on concrete. I was here summer of 2024. Would have been mice to have known about the construction- I would not have booked. The breakfasts in the buffet restaurant were plentiful and delicious with fresh squeezed juices and both continental and hot buffet choices. It’s a 15 minute drive to downtown Seville once you have figured out how to get into the hotel in the circular drive off of the highway. If looking for a less expensive alternative to downtown- it works. Just ask about the construction before you book.

Great service and clean

It is a great hotel even though the breakfast was not included it. The hotel it is safe, clean and friendly staff.

Well this is tricky. We do not want to say to many bad things about the hotel, the staff were excellent. The problem was the bar / restaurant didn’t open all the time. We were there for Spain vs Scotland and thought as we were staying in the hotel we would get priority we got back into the bar after the game and they closed it for everyone, including the residents.

I like unique properties. And this is a unique property as some rooms and breakfast room overlook a stadium. Apart from this the room was spacious and clean, staff - polite, restaurant on site - good idea for an industrial region. The only downside is that I asked staff on reception to show us how a room with a view to stadium looks like (as we were staying in a regular room) and they refused.

Very pleasant hotel but bit far from all tourist sites

The location is not so desirable nor is the lobby welcoming and inviting. It has no atmosphere-music would be nice, the bar to be open would be good. Good thing, the room was comfortable and spacious. Sadly, the plumbing needs some work. When the bath is filled, no problem until you go to drain it and the smell of sewer backs up through it as well as the bidet. I did mention this at check-out so they can repair it. Also, the walls are very thin. You can here every noise including the light switches begin touched on and off. Fine for one night but would not stay longer nor likely another time when in the area.

Well appointed hotel. there was a bus available nearby to go to the city centre, that took about 40 min. Cab was only about 9 Euros and took about 15 min. Area was quiet and the beds comfortable. Could hear the voices from people talking in the hallway as they were returning to their room for the night - loud enough to wake us from sleep. That was the only downside. There's a small bar fridge in the room. No coffee make or kettle, but a coffee machine available near the front desk.
