I did not enjoy our stay at this resort. We have been to numerous all inclusive resorts in different countries and this was our worst experience. The staff are generally unfriendly and not willing to help. Many of the staff were not prepared to serve us or help us because we spoke English. The resort allows patrons to smoke openly everywhere, lobby’s restaurants and rooms, we just could not get away from the cigarette smoke and the smell. We found that other patrons of the resort had a poor habit of staring at us and made us feel very uncomfortable. Our experiences right from check in , guest relations, even at the restaurants were not good. Needless to say we will not be returning or staying at any of those hotel chains again.

Big territory with plenty things to do for any age. Great selection of food , polite services , first raw on the beach . Great hospitality. We been there for a week and have a good time with amazing memories. Thank you

I didnt like the fact the food was the same everyday . Sometime even cold . Never enouht. Long time to refill. Not a family environment at night.

It’s a very nice place for families

We had a good stay overall but the most important thing for family is iron they have ironing service if you pay for each clothes other than that everything was nice they have unlimited food drink alcohol and very big and beautiful pool and beach workers are very polite and friendly thanks

Excellent place for family vacation!

It was lacking a better entertainment and music. They had all male entertainers and no ladies at all. The rest were amazing

The hotel was well laid our, beautifully landscaped and very clean and excellently maintained. The staff were so helpful and friendly and professional.

It was such a wonderful experience. The hotel is spotless, well organized and offers a great variety of activities. Not only that but the food was excellent as well with a huge buffet that changes its meals every single day. Especially amazing was the staff. Everyone’s been super friendly and helpful! Special to mention the whole housekeeping team doing a tremendous job cleaning, Ahmet from the restaurant, the young guy from the patisserie (don’t know his name) and the whole photographer team in particular Mikail. Thank you all for giving us an unforgettable time.

We had a pleasant stay except of 2 things that I was pleased about. They have a secret garden room that you need to make a reservation and I did not know and I asked for a cup of tea and they would not serve the tea even though I have asked them I will take the cup of tea and drink it outside the garden. The manager finally agreed to server however I waited 10 minutes and I was not served that stupid cup of tea. Also the bathroom had a major leak and they did fix it nor change my room. Other than that everything was amazing.

Reluctant to give this place one star, truly horrible place. The best part was hiring a car so we could escape. The rooms had mould in the bathroom and were quite shabby with crap beds. The carpets around the rooms were just covered in stains. Food was just so bland and repetitive. Staff were generally good but there were some really rude ones. You couldn't sit by the pool unless you want to be defended by the music. The shop charged us €25 for sun screen. We actually sat down for dinner one night and realised we were sitting in sick, it was so disgusting. Just horrible place.woukd never go back. Shame because Turkey is lovely.

The food and coffee was great, which I really enjoyed throughout my 10-day stay. Otherwise typical Turkish all inclusive hotel.

It was wonderful stay.

We chose this place because we wanted to stay at a tropical style garden resort with lots of palm trees, beautiful ornate gardens, and large pools. We really enjoyed this place for 10 days. Pools with loud dance music suits our type of holiday. The buildings and rooms are now in need of a luxury update to complete with the more luxurious hotels in area but they are still ok if you get a discount value for money price overall we enjoyed it, lots of entertainment, mainly Russian speaking hosts, for the many Russian guests but the workers all speak english well. Still deserves a 5 star review because of the pool garden areas and so much fun, but not quite the 5 star luxury interms of building or room decor.

Everything was good .. Very beautiful place .. I enjoyed with my family there .
