Staff were helpful and friendly. Bathrooms in the rooms need an update! Design of shower lets the water flow onto the floor constantly. More seating in the room needed. More variety at breakfast needed.

It’s a hotel that severs its purpose. Clean all around, room is spacious very clean,friendly staff, walking distance to all the attractions.

Its a nice hotel that includes breakfast. Wi-Fi worked well. Walkable to attractions but isn't especially close to the falls or Clifton Hill, obviously means more walking but also makes it quieter. Seems popular with coach tours, didn't have a car so no experience with parking but I don't think its free. Main downside is no in-room safe for valuables. Staff held my luggage for the day after I checked out, also for free, which other hotels charge for too. Would stay here again.

Quiet hotel close to the falls

The hotel was so close to the main street down to Niagra Falls, but far enough away that we avoided the noise at night. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. I'd def. stay here again. Total value for money.

Clean room

This hotel has EV chargers, it made my trip much convenient. Room condition was just so so.

The room was not the one they showed online. We did not stay there and we left right away and paid for nothing. Also, the staff did not cooperate with us. We would like to get a refund , please and thank you

The bed is squeaking everytime we move it's noisy, And linen seems not fresh and smelly. We didn' sleep well. Anyway thank's for our stay and booking at you Expedia.

Staffs were polite

The staff is friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is excellent. The pool was a little cold, but that's not a big deal given the other excellent amenities.

The floor was filthy.I wiped up a small spill of water off the floor, and the paper towel I used was not only wet, it was filthy. I found two long strands of hair in the bed. My husband nor myself have long hair. Ridiculous cost of $40 a day if you bring your dog. Parking $20. a day. Breakfast was just ok, have had better. Staff was very friendly, and pleasant. The breakfast room was steaming hot. Paid too much for the quality of the hotel. It needs some updating, as our room was rough. $80.00 for our dog to stay two nights? Good profit, I say. Lots of hotels in Niagara, so I recommend you choose another. hotel.

It was a lovely stay very nice. The staff was very friendly easy to speak to. We were able to access all the amenities within the property. It was absolutely an amazing and pleasant day. The only thing that I would say is that it would be nice to have the floor swept during the room cleaning. Also, I had coffee from the lobby and there was flies and other little stuff in my cup so maybe if there is another way to prevent that from happening, that could be helpful. Besides that honestly, I would still stay there.

The two check in personnel where friendly and helpful, it was a pleasant experience!

Short walk from falls. Basic cheap and clean

This was our first stay. Centrally located, 15mins walk to just about anywhere. Breakfast included with $20 parking on site. This is great value for money and the staff is very accommodating. Thank you. R

The breakfast was not good. I'm a vegetarian and does not drink regular milk, I asked for almond or oat milk for cereal, they did not have that option. The lady kitchen staff bought the small packets of delight cream. When I told her it's cream and not milk she kept insisting that it's milk. The kitchen staff smelled bad as those he needed a shower. The kureg machine stopped and we were told that we had to wait until 8am in the morning, and had no other solution. No one came at 8am to fix the machine. I asked for room service to clean the room and it was not done. I had to send another request before it was finally done.
