Quiet and clean property. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good as well. There is daily room service. There is spa center but it has mixed sauna area. You can get your beach towels for free from spa. The shuttle from airport to the hotel has to be booked separately. Keep that in mind since its almost 2 hour drive but its not a problem and tjere are plently of options right in the airport. Location of this hotel is great. Next to grocery store with fresh fruit.

Less than 5 minute walk to private chairs on beach. Beautiful hotel in all aspects. Great breakfast included. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day.

No information given at check-in. Keys handed over and some wristbands. Pool information, spa, gym, breakfast location etc had to be asked and met with a sigh. Pool is fantastic and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast staff also not very helpful and never smiled. Either side of the hotel are clubs that go on until 2am and are extremely loud. If you’re looking for a location for a peaceful rest this would not be ideal.

The hotel is in a very good condition, easy shopping and transport, 5 min from the beach, value for money. I couldn't use the private beach area as the chairs were occupied by not guess people but nobody was controlling. I received a fantastic room upgrade, the suit was fabulous however the aircon was not powerful enough so it was boling inside, despie leaving it on all day only about 3am it became cool a bit and by 9am was boiling again, bear in mind that were 36*C outside, in any other season could be fantastic. I would not recommend the Full board or half board food options if you want to enjoy the Turkish cuisine, this was more kind of fast food. I would use this hotel in another season but definitely not summer. Most hotels give you the option of late check out if they have rooms available, this one had rooms available but they charge you 20 Euros for an extra hour.

Absolutely first class; huge rooms, clean, professionally managed. It was quite a surprise for the small amount I paid. Breakfast, although a la carte, would be so much better if it were a buffet. Otherwise, fully recommend this hotel.

Wonderful for everything

It was good accommodation spacious rooms and clean. Bathroom amenities could be better. Breakfast offered wasn’t buffet and it was basic but purchase menu looked good but not included. Parking in Marmaris is really bad just be aware… We were lucky to find spot across the road at the shops.

First of all this hotel is nothing more than a 3-star. I chose the place based on the rating on hotel.com, which is 100% false. Most of the staff and on top of them the manager were very rude. There no buffet for breakfast. They had a very limited menu for breakfast and it literally sucked! Several times, I caught the kitchen staff collecting the remainings of the other tables and serving it for the other customers. Fortunately the hotel was half empty, otherwise their small pool wouldn't be able to accommodate the people. We paid around 250$ per night for this stay, but the true worth isn't even one third of this price. I suggest that Hotels.com investigates how such a high rating is achieved for this hotel as it is completely misleading. My suggestion is to avoide this hotel at all costs.
