There are few things this hotel needs to improve on and the staff behaviour will be the top priority. Some of them are helpful and knowledgeable enough to know what their role is, some are seriously lacking on understanding what their role is. Some of staffs, especially those at the front office and security team, are not at all interested in serving customers; they are only interested for you to go away and not “bother” them. Nor they are keen on finding out what their job should be.
