Reception terrible service i had to ring bel like 10 times ( bell sticks an doesn't work. I reserved a non smoking room and the room smelled of TABACO spike my allergies, the rug was horribly dirty and smelly. the room was full of mosquitos. my say was horrible i didn't even sleep due to the allergies and i have mosquito bites all over. I will never stay their again.

The room are not well kept the celing of my room was falling down. The reception staff are not helpfull at all,

Very clean, quiet and great breakfast.

We checked in and it was like we were not welcome. Our room was so hot we couldn't stay in it until it cooled down. We went to the lounge for a cocktail only to find it was closed (not open all day or night). We decided to dine in their restaurant and it was just awful and took for ever. Ordered a Hamburger and a Club Sandwich with fries. Fries were cold. Hamburger was ok, club was terrible. Do not recommend this place.

As always, the hotel is clean and convenient. The shower head needs to be replaced. The front desk was very polite and helpful. And Breakfast was delicious. We have stayed here twice a year for the past seven and recommend it.

I stayed here 6 months ago on my way to Mazatlan. Now I’m on my way back. The property to easy to get to, has secure parking and complimentary breakfast. That’s all I’m looking forward when on the road.

The cleaner lady, was very nice and polite

People are nice/friendly, Hotel needs remodeling and upgrading, feels like a was in the late 70s, also the rooms need a deep cleaning, a lot of spider webs on the ceiling and the towels are extremely rough, sink pop-up broken, and shower drain needs cleaning. Room 223
