Ate in the restaurant were you get a 15% discount as a guest and the food was amazing,staff welcoming and happy. Rooms are great standard , all in all a lovely hotel . From the welcome you get on arriving to when you leave

Clean room, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again the next time that I go to the excellent theatre in Southport.

Dark, gloomy decor, awkward small bathroom with deep Japanese bath that you had to climb into from a step in order to have a shower. A simple shower tray would have been so much more practical, and safe! Strange lever basin tap that wasn't obvious which way was cold, hence scalded hand.

Facilities are very nice but the decor is quite dated as well as dark and gloomy. Street noise makes it sound like a window is open rather than just noise from outside. Went to breakfast with 45 mins left of service and nothing had really been replenished, no one came to ask if we wanted extra eggs after a sign saying to order your eggs with server. Coffee wasn’t great and tasted poor quality. Sausages were good, but no butter left out for toast.

Fantastic stay at the Vincent. Staff extremely friendly, room was spotless and very well presented. Nice little touch from the hotel to acknowledge my partners birthday both at reception and by the way of a message and chocolates in the room. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, great quality produce on offer and the service was very attentive. The location of the hotel is great, close to lots of bars and only 5 minute walk to the sea front. Can’t wait to book for our next visit!

From when you are greeted at reception booking in until you leave concierge opening doors every member of staff are happy, smiley and chatty. Room wonderful and warm. Nice relaxing bar. Breakfast chices excellent. Clean and comfortable all round. Best hotel is Southport and hard to beat outside the locality.

Our stay at Vincents was excellent. The food bar and cleanliness was fabulous. Would stay here again and highly recommend it

Property was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the concierge looked after my car well. I slept like a log, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. There weren’t any plug sockets by the bed which was a let down, but I made do within the room. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Room was exceptional with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was ok just a bit limited on hot options. Overall a fantastic stay will definitely return.

Our visit was fantastic, the rooms were very clean and furnished nicely - the bath was awesome and the air con worked great. The location on Lord Street was great and allowed access to all the area has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Massive check marks for being quick to release the pre-authorisation on check out. Only bit of constructive feedback I have is the blind in the room was a little stiff and difficult to move. However, I would still highly recommend staying at the Vincent.
