Staff were excellent and very friendly.

I highly recommend this property excellant location & quiet atmosphere.

Staff were good. Lift out for a while but had it repaired quickly. Wikl stay again as very convenient for getting around Sydney.

Very convenient location for all my needs.

Burwood is an interesting suburb in which to stay and train services into the city are good. I came to Burwood for a specific event in that location but quickly saw that the Comfort Inn would suit many purposes. Our room was quiet, overlooking a garden area and city skyline.

Convenient location for what we were looking for however very noisy. We had a room that was set up for interconnecting and even though this was closed off you could hear “EVERYTHING” that was happening in the room next door during the night. We also had other people stay in the room on the other side of us and they could also hear everything that was going on in the same room 2 which was down from them. Although this is obviously not the fault of the hotel it definitely points out how non sound proof the rooms are.

I liked the whole experience and the calm

A handy place to stay when going to an event at Olympic Park. Clean and comfortable, it has everything needed.

Room was comfortable and parking was easy

2 room accomodation. Rooms had good space, but air conditioning in main area of room 38 very noisy, so switched it off. Nice to have a/c in one of the bedrooms though. The bathroom & especially shower needs to be updated.

Quiet with good in room amenities. Even though some tiles and grout in bathroom were broken the place was very clean. Front Desk well attended. Parking easy and free.

It is obviously very old, bathroom although very clean had no walk in shower....we are elderly could not climb in and out of the high bath so could not shower whilst there for two nights.

Staff were extremely friendly.

Fantastic location value for money

We had the family room and that was plenty of space. Liked the extra sofa bed. Liked the elevator. Love the location, 20 minutes walk to the restaurants and train station so that we didn't need to use the car. Staff was lovely and helpful. Would be great if there's a microwave in the room.

It was appropriate for my stay

Property needs to change their sofas which have lived their life. Lock the bed rollers before guests check in. Checking out was terrible. A check out of 11am was confirmed but the reception kept calling and asked us to return the keys immediately and threatened to call the police!! This goes beyond my expectations from a hotel staff.
