Great stay. Easy to walk to Petco Park

Had a great time very friendly staff

Not very clean. Outdated. Not very comfortable. No water filling area. Even the drinking fountain did not work. They just want to charge you more for everything.

Really nice from the valet up to the room service

The bellhops stood around awkwardly giving direct eye contact waiting for tips after proceeding to say they don’t require tips but would like to get one. Just strange and unusual making things uncomfortable

This hotel was amazing; there's so much history and beauty in it. The staff was respectful.

The stay was great I wish their pool was a bit bigger since they do have day party events. But overall was very happy with our stay and the bar option near the pool is perfect. Conveniently located near bars and restaurants

Great stay

Overall great experience. Staff were amazing and so kind. Hotel was very clean and we loved the deals on all the toiletries. Only problem we had was that there was no property parking so we were forced to valet and it is not discounted for hotel guests.

First, the room I booked wasn’t available, they said they were giving me a free upgrade, but it was just because the room I booked wasn’t available. We didn’t like the room so we went to get our original room which is when we found out that that room wasn’t available. We were upgraded to another room which seemed very nice until we had a huge cockroach in the bathroom. We were “upgraded” again to a bigger room, but without a balcony, which was a main reason we chose the original room. It was late and I didn’t want to deal with it that night… the staff was helpful, but so many problems with the stay.
