The bath towels and carpet was not clean at all

Great location if using trains

The hotel was unacceptable. Front desk was often empty, staff ignored me while smoking, and check-in was rude. Our room had no proper sheets, stained pillows, mold in the bathroom, and only one towel for two people. Despite requesting service, the room was never cleaned and no extra towels were provided. A terrible experience, especially while in town for my sister’s funeral.

This hotel was amazing! I booked the apartment with two beds for my husband and son who were traveling together. When my husband sent me a video, I thought they were in the penthouse suite! I had to check my receipt to make sure I didn't book the wrong room...$153 for basically a suite. It was gorgeous!

The hotel had big spacious room, very clean. Rooms had a kettle, fridge and safe. Location was ideal for us, a short walk to the train station.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was very comfortable. They have a laundry service, not coin laundry facilities. I went to Wash and Go which was a short subway ride away and had English instruction/ clean facilities. Highly recommend this hotel for its central location and good value.

Lovely hotel, located right in the centre and perfect for what I needed. Very helpful staff and lovely good sized room. Would stay here again on future visits.

We found the property to be very dirty, bathroom was not properly stocked, out of all the employees the team in the breakfast area were 5/5. The remainder were very rushed, and not helpful. Would definitely not recommend or stay again.

ARCOTEL is conveniently located near the Haupbahnhof (main railway station) and the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed with the quality of food available for breakfast. It would be nice to have the ability to reserve a spot for parking ahead of time.
