The hotel lacks maintenance, the bed covers are old and humid as are the towels

The staff are not even around the front desk, and when they are, not friendly at all. The pool area dirty with bird poop all over. The chairs were broken, and they are the same chairs that been there last year. It is no longer an upscale hotel. Next time Probably Holiday Inn is better than this. They have a restaurant and better than what they offer at Fiesta Inn. I been traveling there for the 2018 and it has declined. Why did i stay there because I did not think it will declined this bas. STAY at Holiday INN. Trust me, I know I will next time.

La habitación carecía de teléfono para pedir room service, lo que me obligó a bajar varias veces al restaurante, ya que la recepción no mostraba disposición de ayudar. Solo funcionaba un elevador, lo que resultó en largas esperas de hasta 15 minutos. No había menú funcional en la pantalla de la habitación, y la disposición de los pisos Fiesta Rewards era pobre, con mal café y comida de baja calidad, sin frescura ni sabor, incluso los platillos mexicanos eran insípidos. La comida parecía reciclada, y un New York steak que pedí a la habitación fue mal presentado y de pésima calidad, al igual que los acompañamientos. El buffet de desayuno era precario, con mala presentación y un personal desmotivado y apático. Faltaban utensilios, el café y el yogurt eran de mala calidad, y la fruta estaba mal cortada. No había un responsable visible en el restaurante, y la falta de organización era evidente. El personal de recepción parecía agotado y desmotivado, lo que contribuyó a una experiencia general negativa en un hotel que no reflejaba los estándares esperados de la cadena Posadas/Fiesta.

Clean room and quick check in. Jr suite did not have refrigerator. Restaurant was good for breakfast.

Comfortable

We stayed in a double bed room and the beds were way too small for 4 people. I think the hotel should update the room description information and state that the double room comfortably sleeps 2 not 4. Very uncomfortable. Stayed 3 nights and had to call for coffee everyday. They only provide 1 coffee pack for free which is only for 1 person. Any addition coffee had a charge. There were 4 of us. No microwave, hairdryer, iron or ice bucket in the room. I had to ask for those as well. Too pricy for my taste. Room was super clean and cleaning staff were super friendly. Parking was not very good. We were blocked in one night. I wouldnt stay here again unless I had to.

The property appears runed down and requires an update. Food is good. Both elevators not working during our stay.
