Very comfortable bed, nice big tub, plenty of space with a couch & desk. There is a really nice diner right next door. And it's right off I-84 so very convenient for traveling and for me, visiting family in Newburgh NY

Nice clean neat inn at reasonable price with a diner right next to it. Its location is convenient for travel as it is right next to I84. That convenience turns a little into a liability is you are on the second floor on the I84 side. Hotel could use a little more sound proofing but that is only fault. Breakfast is decent as far as these serve yourself on the run kind of breakfasts go. Would stay here again but would request a room on the opposite side as I 84.

It is an older hotel but clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. Desk staff were nice. Noise from hall seems to project into rooms. A sound machine and the AC drowned the sounds out.

The property was very clean and close to everything. The breakfast was not up to par with the other hotels in the area. No hot foods except waffles and no healthy cereals, only sugary ones. Also no drinking water at the breakfast.

Place was clean and nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and be back!

Completely disappointed with the fact that I do not receive points for booking through Hotels.com. Do not believe that this was disclosed to me. Therefore, unsatisfied with your service. Why is this not clearly disclosed.

Check in woman was super friendly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Traveling with my daughter and this was about our halfway point. Its right off of I84, next to a diner that appeared to be well known due to how busy it looked, and a gas station down the street. Hotel was quiet and couldnt hear the highway. Breakfast attendant was always cleaning and restocking. Would def stay again!

Very helpful front desk was lovely! Brittany was supportive re: a rental car issue we had when it was not her problem!! Brittany always smiled and made us feel welcome in our coming and goings!!

Outstanding staff. Large room, very comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast was a step up. The breakfast area was spotless and constantly tended to. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Perfect check in, perfect room with perfect air conditioning, clean bathroom, & more acceptable breakfast than most places!

Was very convenient location for visiting Beacon. We love the I-84 Diner right next door. My only complaint is the shower doesn’t have much pressure but it did the job. Otherwise, the price is fantastic for the value.
