This was our first stay

Very nice stay. Friendly staff, clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

The room smelled damp and looked as if someone may have smoked in the room before we were there. (The walls seemed yellowish) They did have Dove soap. Good soap in my book.

The first room they placed me in smelled so bad i couldnt stay. The second room wasnt as bad. But the place is dirty,

Nice hotel

This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at this hotel for Jeep Invasion. The front desk lady was wonderful and friendly and always willing to help with towels l. Bed are comfortable and clean. If you're a taller person the shower head is a bit short but still good pressure and temperature. Great option for pools both are smaller but havong an inside pool was great during the rain storms that were going on during our stay.

The room smelled when we entered the room. I went back to check in to tell them it smelled and I needed spray cause it smelt so bad. There was no offer to move rooms or anything. I wouldn’t stay here again

Hotel itself was good. Unfortunately the soundproofing could be updated. Road noise was very loud until about 2am. Room was on the 4th floor facing Wears Valley. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants including the Island.

Check in was easy. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean. It is in a great location.

Staff super friendly and helpful, had good breakfast selection, bed was very comfortable, rooms were very clean and well kept, close to attractions.

Don't usually stay at a motel like location. However this was fantastic and clean and staff courteous. How about that warm breakfast. Dont pass this up because up dont stay in motels. Next trip through i will stay here again.

Amazing staff. Good breakfast. The pillows are very small. Our room was in front of the building and all we heard all night was traffic. Beds are nit comfortable. The staff are amazing!!

Vacation Offer (VO) jerked us around from a two-bedroom unit in Gatlinburg which we signed up for, to this hotel with two separate one-bedroom rooms. VO probably won't even pay for one of the rooms. The desk clerks were patient with our situation and even tried to intercede for us, but were told only the owner of the travel could call about it.

We first checked in the room we were assigned had been smoked in and we were supposed to have non smoking The keys didn’t work when they moved us It wasn’t very clean the toilet was the size for a 4 yr old and the bathtub was tiny
