Comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. Felt at home. Good breakfast selection. Great coffee.

Breakfast was advertised to stop at 9:30a but attendant was clearing food at 9:16a and told me breakfast was over. When I said its not 9:30a she replied “well whatever is left”. Very dissatisfied with response and lack of courtesy on the attendant part.

We always enjoy our stay. Our king Suite with the double sofa bed was very cozy and spacious. The suite was clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was good. It had a nice big shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smells great! The pool is big and clean. They also had a kiddy pool. It feels like home away from home.

I have stayed here several times before but this is the first time that the air conditioning would not stay on where we set it. It kept going to a set temp. It’s was enough to make us consider not staying here any more

There was a very distinct smell in my room, the staff tried to accommodate but it was full. However, it proved a difficult stay due to the smell.

Every time I visit I stay here and have never had a bad experience great place to stay

We stayed here for my daughter’s college orientation and it was convenient for getting to UL. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was nice and the beds were comfortable. I also loved the view of the river. I hate that we were not able to try out the pool, which was why I originally chose this hotel but the weather did not permit it on the day that we had available. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The best part was the view from our room to the Vermilion River!

Absolutely loved the hotel. Kids loved it as well. Huge shower in the room we had. Pool was a little low on water but still swimmable. Going to be looking into a rewards program if they offer one.
