This is one of the best hotels that I ever visited! Heated pool and in-between mountains locations is fantastic!

Apart from the poorly maintained hot tub, the facility was wonderful.

Run by genuinely nice people who go above and beyond. They even packed us delicious lunches for our hikes complete with water, juice and dessert! Room was beautiful and cleaned daily. We are so appreciative and thankful to have stayed here.

The owners are lovely and very nice. Our only suggestion is to have a tea and coffee facility in the room.

The skiing was great. Family owned business . Treated like family. The best service. Great ski shuttle service they should be nascar drivers there safe and fast. Definitely went out of the way to make our stay the best.

Beautifully kept property that is immaculately clean. Warm and friendly family owners who are available to guests when needed. Pool and pool area are lovely and non-hotel guests are kept to a minimum. Glad to have an electric car charger on site. Breakfast is a thoughtful and plentiful array of local foods and produce.

Lovely hotel maybe not as modern as it could be but it has a great spa and pool. Do relaxing!

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much. Besides clean and neat accommodations and the hot breakfast buffet, the staff is truly friendly, courteous and helpful with all our inquiries and facility requests. Philipe was truly helpful in guiding us on how to get to the most beautiful places in the area

My husband and I spent an enjoyable 2 days here over Christmas. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are quiet, the breakfast is lovely and the wellness center is great. We each had massages at the wellness center and were extremely happy with them, as well as with the sauna, whirlpool and relaxation areas within the spa. The pizzeria nearby served good pizza and simple pastas and was just a few steps from the hotel. The only thing I would want to mention is that getting into town is best done in a car, particularly in the evening. We easily walked into town during the day, but if guests are hoping to go in to town, this is not really possible in the dark on foot - I was glad we had rented a car and not come by train. Otherwise, everything else exceeded my expectations!

I loved the attention to details, from the decorations in the stairs to the quality of the breakfast, to the availability of a mobile phone free to use for guests during their stay! Spa service also impeccable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location for us, so nice after skiing and at end of day to have relaxing hot spa, great meal at next door restaurant and finish with a wine or two at the bar. Have not mentioned room as nothing anyone could do to improve on perfection.

We spent one night in this nice hotel. The room was large and comfortable with a great shower. As we arrived late we unfortunately didn't get to experience the spa, however this costs extra to use and I felt this was not clear on the website. The hotel was also extremely hot and we were told the temperature could not be adjusted in our room, so we found this quite uncomfortable when trying to sleep despite having windows and the balcony door open. The breakfast was an average continental spread but the service was friendly.

I was very comfortable in my large double room for single use, and the staff was helpful and friendly. There's no restaurant in the hotel, but the little pizza, pasta place next door had good choices. I am a solo traveler who relies on public transportation, and I was a little surprised by how far away from Alleghe the hotel is. It's about a 12 minute walk to Masare, which is a little town outside of Alleghe. From Masare it is another 20 minutes walk to Alleghe. There are buses, but they aren't real frequent. If you need to get to the hotel, be sure to ask for a ticket to Masare al Camping. this bus stop is right across the street from the hotel. If you get off at Masare, you'll have a 12 minute walk to the hotel, doable but unnecessary. I went to Alleghe to hike, and I would have been better set up for that in a hotel in Alleghe.
