A beautiful wedding venue and we were looked after so wonderfully. The staff were attentive at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed the use of gym and spa facilities. Breakfast in restaurant was outstanding. Overall a fabulous weekend stay. Would highly recommend.

Interior design and decorations give it an elegant vibe. Clean and well-thought-out spaces throughout the estate. The grounds were in pristine condition. I stayed in a standard double room. The room and toilet were clean. The only thing that could have helped was a few wall hooks for coats or clothes.

Very nice stay with fairly basic room but comfortable. Very hot in the room but quite cold around the restaurant/bar areas. Slow bar service due to wedding guests ordering drinks. Restaurant food was very nice and great service. Lovely grounds & weather made the weekend pleasurable.

Despite cool conditions outside, the room (on 2nd floor) was uncomfortably hot. Opened window and fan provided no restbite so it resulted in one of the worst nights stays. Poor explanations offered so we won’t be coming back. Very disappointing..,

Great but rooms are INCREDIBLY HOT. The weather wasn’t particularly hot but the rooms just seem to hold in heat. I had to move rooms and have a fan on. The hallway was considerably cooler. I considered sleeping with the door open! That said it may be because the rooms are over the pool / sauna. The food was very average. Staff and grounds were great!

Beautiful place and setting. Options for long lovely walks around the estate. Restaurant for dinner was lovely so to was the service, however limited options for vegetarians or vegans which was disappointing considering we stayed for a few nights. We ended up going to local town for dinner and lunch.

Wotton House is stunning—spotlessly clean with wonderful attention to detail. The staff were fantastic, and a special thank you to Kristina, who was absolutely lovely and made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommended!

The room was lovely. Clean all round. Toiletries and hot drinks supplied. Only downside was the room was so warm we needed to put the fan on quite a lot. Breakfast was great - not enough staff on though clearing tables.

The hotel itself is in some beautiful gardens. Peaceful. The only problem was the sheer heat in the bedrooms. No air on, but, were given a Dyson fan which barely helped. Staff at breakfast were overworked and couldn't keep up with many demands like fixing the coffee machines that regularly broke. I

Picturesque hotel, with a traditional feel and a lovely garden/terrace to enjoy a drink outdoors. The room was standard, no fridge, food was ok, gym had rusty equipment and the overall service could be more attentive to enhance the experience. On the whole it was a nice stay but could be improved.

Very nice hotel. All the staff are polite and friendly. The swimming pool and the room could have been a little bigger but still very good. Definitely recommend for couples retreat

We made a return visit to Wotton House and were delighted with our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the grounds were particularly enjoyable this time around. Can thoroughly recommend making a reservation on the tennis court, and the spa provide rackets and balls for free. The spa is small, but the staff take great care and attention to ensure that it is clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially joyful souls like Annalisa in reception.

Lovely hotel with everything you need for a night away. We checked in and made use of the pool and jacuzzi straight away which is included in the price, although the leisure club is a little dated it was still nice. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed and more than comfortable. Lovely restaurant and bar on site with a lovely outside to sit into the night. There’s also beautiful grounds to explore if you wish! Brilliant staff from check in, dining and check out. Would whole heartedly recommend.

We stayed for a wedding, and our room was disappointing. It was boiling hot, on a day where the weather was average for the time of year. This is a hotel indeed of a facelift and aircon.

We had a wonderful time for our second stay here. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere, exceptionally clean and calm. The only downside was the room was far too hot and we did not visit at a time of heatwave. There was a fan provided, but unfortunately it did not make much difference. I wouldn’t stay here again at the height of summer.

It's a lovely hotel - no real faults other than it was understaffed. Felt sorry for the workers as they looked stressed and couldn't fulfil their tasks as well as they should have been able

Great stay. Clean, spacious, nice staff. Extras like umbrellas, wellies, sun lotion were available.

The grounds are very lovely but overall the place is a bit shabby and tired and not particularly clean and tidy. The leisure complex is a nice feature but was again looking very tired. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
