No sheets or pillow cases for pull out couch most hotels when there are three people registered and a king size bed with a pull out will make sure sheets and pillow cases are in a zipped bag. Coffee bar was horrible. No hot chocolate for kids, coffee was cold and no flavor bottles anymore. They used to have flavor shots and now it’s just fake cream packets. Room windows were filthy for the price you pay for ocean front. People above us were loud and partying until 2am, not hotels fault but there is no phone in room to call front desk and complain and if you call the website number no one answers. Valet was excellent and front desk guy was great.

The room, pool, and lobby were clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have used more attention.. The shower curtain had mold on it which was not expected. The staff were very nice and helpful!

Missing a few modern things like exhaust fans in the bathroom, so there were some plaster cracks in the bathroom under the sink from moisture, but it’s older building. With that said, rooms were very well maintained, balcony facing the beach was great (had dinner out there), air conditioning was so cold that we turned it off, bed was comfortable, right on the end of the boardwalk so everything is walkable, restaurants were great but a little pricey, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel is convenient to beach and numerous attractions and amenities. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It’s been very well maintained…this is my second stay here and I’m sure I’ll be back!

Location, clean and safe, great staff

This place has been run down. I remember days when folks thought it was the nicest place in town. The pull out sofa was old, uncomfortable and stained. The pool area was filthy, the doors and ceiling are no longer retractable makes for a hot musty area. For the price per night there definitely should be some investment in refurbishing.

Location was convienent, i did not like their was no place to have breakfast but 1 small place down the street the resteraunt at the hotel didnt open till 4pm very disappointing room was very small couldnt sit on balcony fans from roof were soo loud no mic in room just a small fridge never was told where ice machines were located. Very pricey for what they offer

The Beach and shopping Dining was ok too The condition of property was kind of old and you almost get stuck in bathroom because door was not set right.Had to kick door one time to get my wife out

Gerry was a huge help! Great member of the staff. Valet parking staff also very accomodating and friendly. Bar staff friendly. Ate dinner. It was good but could be better cooked for flavors. Should have some kind of free bfast for the cost. Could also hear right through the walls so hard to sleep sometimes. Not sure why it is so loud between rooms? Minimal sound barriers it seems

This place was so nice. The staff was very friendly. Very clean. Indoor pool was clean. Convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely go back.

Overall, our stay was as I expected. Mostly. The rooms were a little dated and the exterior condition of the building was definitely weathered. The screen door leading out to our balcony was clearly many years old and there were huge gaps between it and the frame which forced me to leave the main door closed during our stay for fear of having all the flying bugs entering our room. The king sized bed was harder than I'd prefer but otherwise ok. When I booked the room, the room pictures on the website showed the view thru the windows as if you were facing the ocean directly. "Oceanfront". Not the case. Our balcony was on the side of the building and as you read on it says that. Very misleading photos. The food at the Breakers Restaurant and Bar was outstanding! Fresh seafood and perfectly made cocktails. The Wharfside Cafe, however, left a lot to be desired. The "eggs" options on the menu were omelets only and based on the color and consistency and taste of them, led me to believe they came out of a carton (fake eggs) and weren't fresh. Valet parking is the way to go, here. Very convenient. The last thing I'd like to mention is the loudness of the facility. Don't get me wrong... for nightlife and activities this place offers is good but if you'd like a quiet, peaceful night you'll be disappointed. The bars don't close until 1 am so if you were hoping to catch a good night sleep after spending a relaxing day at the beach (which was phenomenal!) you're out of luck.

Nothing beats the Ashworth in Hampton beach— great location, shady pool, morning yoga. Just a fantastic place.

The staff communicated great, always cheery & helpful. The hotel is a little dated and the wifi service was spotty. Our floor led to pool so the hall floors were always wet and stuff people dropped along the way.

I think the property was overpriced for the room. Floors aren’t level, hallways are narrow. You are going to be charged a room fee and a parking fee per night on top of room charges. Staff at front desk are very nice. They do have soda and frozen food at the front which is nice. Rooftop bar was nice but expensive.
