Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was good

Had a roach in our room.

Pool was a little dirty and super HOT WATER! Needs shade out there and less trees and bushes, as bees were everywhere!! And leaves, etc were in pool! The door to outside was broken and i couldn't get back in.

Quick stay. Nice hotel. Breakfast was included.

We had a terrific stay. The staff was warm and welcoming and was quick to answer all of my questions.

Food options were excellent! Bed comfort excellent! The pool was hitter than soup, because there's no coverage. In Florida, pools need to have coverage when the temp ie 99°! Lots of bees around pool too because of an over abundance of foliage. I also killed 5 spiders in my room. Not daddy longlegs either. Otherwise, house keeping was on top of things. Desk crew were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Bottled water was pricey. I'd give them an A.

The hotel is close to downtown Lake Placid. We had a beautiful view of a lake from our room. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Only complaint is that the hotel seemed to have only one elevator. It broke down Friday afternoon for a period of time. It creaked a lot. Was very slow. I was always afraid I might get stuck in it.

We stay here every time we are in Lake Placid overnight! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good. Place is clean. Beds are comfy. Best hotel in Lake Placid, in our opinion

Fairly clean , good breakfast and coffee . Staff friendly but my room was next to ice dispenser which is quite loud and for 10 hour stay was a bit pricey.

Stayed here several times and always good and pleasant stay. Staff is friendly and kind. Visiting family in the local area so just spend time for sleeping and breakfast is convenient.

It was a one night stay. The hotel was very nice and clean. Close to the lake and restaurants.

Lovely property. Nice breakfast but laundry not available as corridor was cordoned off. I needed a laundry its the main reason we chose to stay here!
