Hotel was well maintained

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the only thing I noticed was the bedrooms start to show signs of wearing down in some areas like the bathroom that need some attention. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful, nice location, walkable to attractions.

I had a wonderful stay with a group of 4 for my 30th birthday. The staff was extremely attentive, we called for extra towels and they were brought to our room within 3 minutes! The bartender was skilled, patient, and kind. My husband and I can’t wait to come back.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and well serviced with extra large towels. I would stay again. Good variety at breakfast and perfect for sightseeing.

Great hotel in a great location

This hotel is situated by good restaurants and located within walking distance of all the top sights. It’s on a quiet block and just what we were looking for.

Amazing hotel, made our stay in Palermo. Staff are just the best. Breakfast is good. Such an impressive hotel and very central.

Location is outstanding. You will not find a hotel with a staff that is more attentive or accommodating. They go above and beyond.

Everything was great, professional staff, very good service, excellent breakfast... the only issue was the extremely poor internet connectivity!!

Although the hotel is only 20 years old, the building offered amazing old time beauty and history. It was in easy walking distance to great restaurant and market areas.

The hotel requires more maintenance as it is quite old. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good. The location is convenient.

A very nice and reasonable hotel with helpful staff in a good location. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed with working air conditioning. Breakfast was bountiful! We would stay here again.

Elegance, old-Fashioned elegance, with a responsive and supportive staff. Everyone did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Beautiful building, rooms-it felt as though we were in a movie from the 1920's.
