Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. The minibar/fridge wasn't working when we arrived. Reported to reception on our way out and was fixed when we got back a few hours later. The room appeared a little dated. No tea or coffee making facility in room which was a real downside.

The room was super hot and the AC did not work. In fact, the AC pumped out heat! The staff sadly had no solution except that the AC is an old system. So had to open the windows and experienced the joy of a very busy main road and building site next to the windows. Little sleep for two nights. And I had pay more for the privilege of a larger double bed too. Staff had the opportunity to put things right and not charge me, but they did.

Helpful staff (reception), room is comfortable and always clean, breakfast is sumptuous and has variety of meat, fruits, bread selections. Walking distance to Bus & train stations (about 10/12 minutes) and 3 to 5 minutes walk to El Corte Ingles Department Store.

Amazing hospitality. Special mention for Juan, Pilar, Martin and Jesus. Their kindness and forever available to advise and help was truly amazing. A benchmark for hospitality and Service with a smile. Rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean. Short Taxi ride to the main attractions. Thank you for making this trip so special.

I enjoyed my visit to Santiago de Compostela and will book this hotel again. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the bus/train station.

Loved the hotel, staff, locstuon and parking. Short walk to everything and ample and easy parking which is rare in spain.

The room was a bit warm and there was no option to have aur conditioning in the room. The unit was set to only put out heat, although the unit shows clearly air conditioning and cooling option. Staff gave us a fan to out on and suggested we open windows to help cool the room. Wife dies not sleep with windiws open, so we managed using the fan. Ironically, tge check in lobby is blasting a/c all day long.

Our room was ready at check in before noon, a real plus. Great location with secure parking and an easy 20 min walk to the old town and Cathedral. Very kind front desk staff.

Great modern hotel. Very difficult to get a taxi to go to historic center. Otherwise its a 35 minute walk

The staff was welcoming, and gave me information about the area. The room was impeccably clean, large room, large bathroom. Air conditioner, tv, lights carefully placed. It is obvious they thought of every detail.
