We were early to check in the the desk clerk went above and beyond to allow us to check in early The area is quiet with easy accessibility to our need

Very nice and accessible, the bathroom shelf was broken and only 3 towels. Everyone was very nice and helpful!

Overall hotel was nice but we kept asking them for the hand wash the whole stay they didn't provide us. We literally didn't get the soap in our entire stay

I had a special night with my granddaughters. They loved the pool and the breakfast and the staff was fantastic with the kiddos!!

We had an amazing stay, pool was fabulous and temperature was great. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to!!!

We passed a few granite quarries on our way to the hotel. Wondering if that's where they got the mattress. Otherwise fine.

Staff were all very nice and obliging. Trouble was there weren’t enough of them on what seemed to be a full capacity weekend and this is apparently an IHG decision. The bathroom electrical outlet was not working and the toilet stayed running after flushing. While apologetic, staff had no one available to fix anything and could only offer a $20. discount on my room rate. Not a happy-making scenario for a customer who has many other hotel choices going forward.

Very conveniently located close to the highway exit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hot and cold breakfast available. Clean spacious rooms with good amenities.

Hockey Tournament going on a lot of people at breakfast ran out and had to wait for stuff. Very Loud
