great stay very quiet and clean love it will go back for a weekend for sure

Check in was outstanding, bellmen (Eric) great ,front of house very efficient Bar service was super, the young man bartender was a real treat, taught us how to smoke an Old Fashion!! Needs Improvement; Tried repeatedly to order room service via phone , rang with no answer for 15 minutes, finally ordered on line , slow delivery Checkout Called for bellman to help with luggage, waited 15min , called back , waited 15 more minutes , went to front ~deck, long line, finally went outside and Eric apologized and came directly back up to room, brought them down and loaded car ( he needs a raise!!)

Ease of check in . Courtesy vehicle was nice . Coffee bar was a disappointment. Coffee was Luke warm at best and way over priced for what you received

There were multiple things that went wrong. I have stayed here several times before and this was a terrible experience! First of all during check in. They down graded my accommodations. I booked a king size bed and they sold out so we had the ONLY option of two queens. Then when we were leaving to go shopping. The elevators were broken so we had to walk down 9 flights! Next we were having dinner at the restaurant. Terrible service!!!!!!!!! It took over an hour to get our food. Plus it wasn’t that good. Definitely wouldn’t recommend eating there. The following morning at checkout. I called for help with our luggage. After waiting 45 minutes. We made two trips to take down everything. Just terrible customer service. This place has really gone down on the customer service!!!!!!!!

Omg! Idk where to start, EVERYONE was so friendly the property was exceptionally clean and our rooms were perfect! 100/10 experience. I loveddd it here
