Helpful friendly staff and newly renovated rooms. No elevator and the bathrooms are very small FYI. Quiet setting, great location in old Quebec and a comfortable bed so we enjoyed our stay

Quaint hotel centrally located and within easy walking distance to historic sites, restaurants and shopping areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were recently remodeled and clean. Be prepared for the lack of an elevator.

It is a nicely situated, intimate hotel that is well kept with friendly front desk personnel. However, there is NO ELEVATOR! Carrying heavy luggage up five flights of stairs to our fifth floor room as there is no luggage assistance was arduous along with the twice daily stair ascent and descent. Senior citizens should be made aware of this before booking. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay nestled in a charming side street in the heart of old Quebec City.

The hotel is 3 months old… Concierge Remy was so professional, helpful, kind and engaging. He took his job very seriously. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s in a quiet residential area. It’s only half a block away from Chateau Frontenac. This is a true boutique hotel. Will return…

Hotel Acadia is an excellent place to stay in Quebec City. Perfect location within walking distance to old town historical sites, shopping & restaurants. Newly renovated rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff members are friendly and helped with all our questions. There are no elevators in this quaint hotel, however, the staff were more than happy to brought our luggage up and down stairs for us.

Parking was an issue as we had a motor home. No place to park and we were not told prior to arriving. Otherwise all was good.

First time in Quebec city - loved everything about it. I could not believe that the young women not only carried the heavy suitcases up and down the stairs, but refused a tip as we were leaving. I have never heard of that in my life, anywhere in the world. Very European, totally walkable city. Loved hearing French everywhere.

Comfortable , quiet hotel in a great area to walk and enjoy the beauty and richness of the area. You should note that parking is available for a fee. The lot is extremely small and tight. So tight, I scraped the wall upon exit:( Not hotel fault but just warning those with midsize and beyond cars..

In great part of town. Staff so nice even though we speak no French. Wasnt crazy about no elevator but we knew that before we booked and it only ended up being one flight of stairs for us.

There is no elevator at the property and this should be made clear on the website. We were in a basement room and could hear loud footsteps from the room above us.

We loved our stay at Acadia Hotel. Room was lovely and spotless. All the staff were welcoming and very friendly. Great location! We would not hesitate to recommend the Acadia to our friends and family and would be happy to stay again. Note: There isn’t an elevator but that’s not such a bad thing considering all the delicious food you will be consuming!

The decor of the room was fabulous. It would have been nice to have some body lotion available though. Nespresso coffee was a nice addition.

Old Quebec is very walkable - it was great to have this hotel so handy to the centre of town but away from noise. Everything is freshly painted and in top condition, super clean in all respects. Staff were incredibly helpful with information in advance and upon arrival. It was one if the few hotels in the area that offered an all day reception. The only drawback for some is, in the common French hotel style, there is no elevator - so reserve a lower floor room if stairs are and issue. I would definitely return to this hotel if visiting this very interesting historical town again.

The property and our room were even prettier than the photos suggested! The street was one of the prettiest in the old city. Scrupulously clean space, with a cute lounge and friendly staff. Recommended.
