We’ve stayed at Ona Mar Menor hotel a couple of times previously. The hotel is really well run and has all the amenities you would expect. The staff are great and the pool is gorgeous. We did have an issue with our room with an air conditioning system that really didn’t cool the room down, but when we raised our dissatisfaction we were offered another room without any fuss - great customer service! The hotel is starting to feel a little tired and could do with some TLC, but otherwise a fantastic base for our short break.

Very old property. Had construction going on so very dusty everywhere and air was hard to breathe. Loud parties every night and the surrounding area was very poor. If you are traveling to this part of Spain I would book something on the beach like La Manga.

Outstanding value for money. Currently being renovated in parts but food and service still excellent. Golf course in superb condition as well.

Beautiful setting, we had a lovely big room overlooking the pool and golf course. The food in the restaurant was very good and value for money.

Property is fine for golfers, but dining was limited and not much else to do in the area. I do not think I will use this place again

I was very unhappy that there was not a single TV channel on the Tv in our room. When we arrived we were allocated a room on the front of the hotel. We were then Allocated a room at the rear with super views over the golf course and pool. When we reached our room the door lock was not functioning and it took 30 minutes to repair.

Receptionist who checked us in was wonderful , she was young with long dark hair. The food in hotel was not good, the dining staff were harassed with only a few tables booked in for dinner so we left . Breakfast was cold .. and the Irish pub on site had limited food .

Arrived very late due to snow in UK. Check in staff very helpful and in room quickly. Very comfortable room and well equipped. The resort is a little bit tired but was perfect for my requirements. Golf seemed to be very busy. Breakfast was a great selection but a bit pricy at ninteen euros.Very satisfied and happy with my three night stay.

The hotel has great installations but it needs a better maintenance and care. Rooms are pretty confortables but are not well maintained. We reported that the blackout of our curtain was tear down and let the sun in in the morning but they never came to repair it. Also we reported that the shower drain was clogged but that also was not fixed.
