I really liked this resort. The best pool out of every other luxury resort I’ve been to in Antalya. I wish the food options were more different and better quality. I didn’t like any of the non Turkish sweets they gave (ex: the cakes, beautiful pastries, etc. they tasted like nothing)

Really enjoyed our stay there. The interior is gorgeous—modern but warm, with plenty of cozy corners and stylish touches everywhere you look. Our room was spacious, airy, and spotless, with every detail taken care of so it felt instantly relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The location is perfect with its own private beach, so you get the sea views without the crowds. The AC gym is not huge, but well-equipped, which was great after all the lounging around in the sun. What really made it memorable, were the activities. They had everything from basketball, beach volleyball, water polo to regular and flying yoga. Arcade access was a great entertainment for a teenager. Everything was organized quite well, so you just needed to show up on time. Live entertainment was quite good too with some fairly professional dance performances, although the inevitable 'magic shows' were somewhat dated and questionable. Food was plentiful with a good variety of healthy, not-so-healthy, and some local cuisine options. But a special thank you has to go to the desserts. I don’t throw this phrase around lightly, but their desserts chef is a genius. The cakes, pastries, mousses and god-knows-what-else-it-was weren’t just delicious—they were art on a plate. Every day felt like a little dessert adventure, and nothing else I’ve tried anywhere compares. Hats off and hands down!

The hotel needs an update. The staff don’t speak English most of them, but all speaks Russian. The pool is okay, but you need to wake up early to get a spot! The kids pool don’t have a shadow. The food is the same everyday, and it taste like cow! The spa is way too expensive! 160 euro for massage!

It was a very pleasant stay for our family. The activities of the hotel was very enjoyable for the kids even its a summer hotel. Our kids loved it very much and did not want to leave here.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service! The staff works tirelessly to keep everything spotless and ensure guests are well taken care of, whether it’s with food, drinks, or assistance. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the spa is spotless and offers a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Selda, the photographer, whose talent and warmth made our trip even more memorable with beautifully captured moments. A big thank you to Elvira at customer relations for her outstanding service and attention to detail—she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Also Special thanks to Hussain at the Spa with his excellent customer service. Overall, this hotel absolutely lives up to its 5-star rating, and we can’t wait to return!

High expectations were not met at this supposed luxury hotel. It looks great, but the customer service on the front desk is shockingly poor. This was off-season, a lot of facilities closed & less guests staying. But, this is meant to be a 5 star luxury hotel which is much more expensive than the other all inclusive around this coastline. On arrival it took a while for anyone to come out and assist with our bag. Even then no-one helped to take in the small bags whilst we had kids with us. First person checked us in spoke English and pleasant and professional. We looked and around and it does look amazing. Then we were led by someone from front desk who didn’t say a single word whilst taking us to our room (admittedly she didn't speak much English but still was a cold welcome to our room). Gave us a room which was in a building away from main restaurant (this became a problem when it was raining constantly trying to take 2 children) We had issues dealing with front desk for a few requests which were just shrugged off. Everything was then discussed with guest relations. Olesya, tried to make amends and offered to cover our transportation to the airport. But this covered over the cracks. As we went to depart at the receptions desk, it is customary for the hotel to chat and ask about our stay, leave with a smile. Instead we were met with a shrug by taking our keys and that’s it. We were glad to leave! Felt like wasted money due to lack of great customer service.

Good choice of food and facilities but some restaurants were closed, nice beach and beach front bar, very relaxing lobby area, as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, the hotel gave discount on restaurant meal with a birthday cake and champagne and discount on Pavilion hire, overall staff were nice but communication were an issue as most didn’t understand English, Spa experience below average, reception staff not helpful at all but guest relation staff made up for it, unfortunately our rooms were dated with mould in the bathroom, we paid for seaview rooms, sea was very far but rooms were just on top of children swimming pool, so couldn’t use the balcony as it was noisy, we asked reception staff to change our rooms but were told fully booked, our rooms were not cleaned at times and only general tidy up done, very late cleaning times, bin was not emptied one day and tissue box not replaced, overall good experience but would not visit again

Please don't choose this hotel - it is unsafe. The last day at this hotel all my money was stolen. Somebody opened my purse and completely emptied my wallet. The guest services department never apologized and were rude when they conducted their "investigation". They were not sympathetic and acted as if theft at this hotel was a normal occurence. I would recommend to stay away from this hotel and find a place where safety and security is a priority for hotel staff and management.

Amazing place! Very good resort for families. We are choosing this place since 2015 and the quality of property and services stays well above others. Higly reccomended!

I’m baffled by the 5-star ratings and the 9/10 ranking for this property. The food is nearly identical every day, with only 10-20% variation from breakfast to dinner, and the quality is subpar for the majority of it. While the drinks and service are acceptable, they don’t justify the 600-800 Euros per night price tag. You can easily find better service and quality at other true 5-star resorts.

Hotel quality is wonderful. It is really luxury hotel foods are very delicious. I have stayed with my family I recommend this hotel.

It was our first time staying at this resort and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had seen reviews where people have returned more than once and we are not surprised. The hotel is beautiful with so many facilities and amazing entertainment every night which is not to be missed. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room. If you are planning a holiday with kids then this is a great safe spot with lots of activities to keep them entertained, and a special kids fun area, games room and a separate pool with water slides. If you're coming as a couple then this is a great resort as you still get privacy as the resort is so big and its a relaxing environment overall. The food was nice with quite a lot of options however the buffet restaurant should have labels clearly stating Vegetarian options as my husband and I almost ate something that had meat in it and it was not visible at all. The breakfast was my favourite and the daily selection of desserts, fresh fruit and salads were the best! If you eat meat you will enjoy their daily barbeque for dinner. The hotel did have a couple of power cuts however it was at no fault of their own and they worked hard to resolve it with minimum disruption and open communication. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful and we had a lovely time.
