Great location with so many parking. Walking distance from the town and Sr. Rita’s church. We will visit again.

Clean hotel, no amenities very disappointed. No bottle water , kettle, teacups etc. When we arrived we were just given the key .no explaining where to go for breakfast or check out times . Not very welcoming. Otherwise great location. If you’re looking for restaurants they open after 7:30 pm don’t expect anything great.

They had a 24hour front desk, which was very helpful and polite. Very professional and pleasant.

Amazing hotel! Super clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

I liked location. I did not like beds, instead of a queen bed, they attached two single beds.

Perfect place to stay! The only thing is that the GPS doesn’t bring you to the right place. My room had a wonderful view

Staff not friendly. Hard to get service as almost no one Spoke English. Quality of food terrible.

I totally enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the check in was efficiently done, and I was allowed early check in after a long trip. I was dropped off at the bus on my way back as I had a large bag and really appreciated that. I would really recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Cascia. The restaurant food was great.

Very nice hotel and very clean and up date facility

Good hotel. A 10 minute walk to the basilica. Parking was difficult as tour buses took all of the spaces in front leaving a few spaces on the street in the back. Staff was nice. Good breakfast. Cascia is a nice town to see amd a good religious experience.

The staff was very accomodating. The place would have been perfect but no aircondition,but staff made sure that electric fan was provided right away. Has good transportation service around the vicinity. Woke up very late at 9:30 pm,was so hungry and the dining room was supposed to be closing , but the waiter tried his best to serve us hot food and did not at all rush us.i was impressed.

I have staying only for one night on a family room and if was good. The receptionist are friendly and gave us some good explanation about the surroundings and explain the religious points to visit in the area. My Italian was quite poor and their English wasn't 100%, but the willingness overcome. Breakfast was a big poor. Point to improve. Would stay again.
