The receptionist was kind and always provided advice and service. There was a luggage locker and umbrellas for rent. The room was clean and the tea was delicious. It's near a garden. I'll stay here again. It's suitable for a family stay in the city. There are shops and a bookstore nearby. Overall, I was impressed.

Room is Japan size but clean. Location is great. Downstairs is Lawson mini market.

I really like this hotel, direct access to Shinjuku shopping area, and there is a Lawson at the hotel entrance. Everything was perfect.

The room is quite big for 3 people and for hotels in Japan. The receptionist was very helpful, her English was okay. Can check in faster. Only in the red district. It's a bit uncomfortable if you come home at night.

Unpleasant hospitality by the reception staff; The rate is very high compare to the old room condition …. We finally decided to early check out and move to a much better hotel nearby with the same rate … and HAPPY! Surrounding area is not recommended for family comfortable staying.

Location of hotel is strategic, near shinjuku station, hospitality was great, we can do early check-ins.

The location is in the middle of the Kabukicho red district area, very easy to find food and clubs. About 1km walk to shinjuku train station.

Great location, 5 mins walk from Metro Station, 10 mins to Express Bus terminal, surrounded by delicious food. Great staff also, very friendly.

The hotel room was spacious for Japan standards and the staff were nice. Location is convenient and near the Shinjuku/ Shinjuku-sanchome stations. It is perfect for people who want to be at the center of the city night life. Although there were many pubs nearby, it wasn’t really noisy at night.
